Homewood Suites by Hilton San Antonio Northwest

it felt like a little home! the layout was separated and not just one room it had a full size kitchen with pots and pans and had dishes and utensils to use came with a full size refrigerator and dish washer with a small two burner stove. then a little dining room and a living room! the bedroom has our beds in it. plus we got a crib for our baby so she could sleep comfortably. we got free breakfast in the mornings and it’s always well stocked and clean! always fresh brewed coffee and the staff is so nice and helpful! it does have an outdoor pool with a barbecue area as well that I thought was really nice.

Would Stay here again in a heartbeat. Got flooded out of my apartment and needed somewhere to stay on short notice for 3 days. This fit the bill with a great, full kitchen. Separate one bedroom, nicely decorated, and a fantastic breakfast. Plus a social gathering midweek. Included soup and salad plus wine/beer! Have stayed in 2 other hotels in the city. This one wins

Barely worth mentioning: pool is not heated, which means it's only going to be usable for certain months. No hot tub, which even in hot TX I enjoy in order to relax my muscles. The hide a bed didn't seem very comfortable.....still, a 9 out of 10!!

I loved everything about it!

The housekeeper seems as if she was trying to rush me to check out! Other than that Everything was great until I check out and got 10 minutes down the freeway and realized I left my necklace on the cabinet by the sink. Call back to the hotel and they tell me that the housekeeper said it wasn’t left there when I KNOW FOR A FACT IT WAS! I REALLY FEEL LIKE THE HOUSEKEEPER TOOK MY NECKLACE!! Oh & no ice makers!

I stayed in a one bedroom suite where my parents (senior citizens) and older sister got the nice beds and I got the sofa bed, which I did not expect to be comfortable...it was decent. I only booked suite for one night and was only occupying it for a short period but I was impressed with the cleanliness, spacious size. I thought the rate for this room was generous. Thank you!

I didn't witness it for myself but my mother told me there was a lot of pet waste around the hotel grounds. Unfortunately, you are unable to count on every guest with pet(s) to pick up after them. When a guest sees sees pet waste around the grounds, it gives a negative impression of the hotel cleanliness.

The hotel was well kept, clean and in a friendly, easy to find environment. Breakfast in the mornings were better than expected, I like that they had something different to offer each morning. The rooms were a good size, beds were nice as well as the amenities. The pool was smaller than usual but honestly it was perfect for my family of six and with plenty of room for company, I love how it was set up. The patio area was very nice and set a beautiful scene. I would most definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.

No ice machine and or vending machine.

The room was amazing! We only paid a small amount more than we paid for a horrible simple room at another hotel that felt dirty and cheap, and we got so much more than we bargained for! This stay was to take my dad to have a medical procedure done, and the smile on his face when he walked in the room was priceless! You gave him a wonderful experience! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

The eggs at breakfast were too powdery for my taste, but other than that, everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations!

Very clean and comfortable. I stayed here to complete a job with 2 of my employees, it was in a great location and I will be sure to stay there again next time business brings me to San Antonio. I couldn't ask for more with the layout of the suite...a kitchen with everything I needed, separate bedroom with ceiling fans (nice touch) and all the amenities you need to make you feel more at home.

Our room selection by the hotel was BAD. window view, very disappointing g we entered this was out 10 year anniversary and we got a window facing a roof. also Right next to the elevator so we heard creaking and groaning cables all day and night Why ask the question if it doesn't matter to the hotel and making things special for special occasions.

Everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. Great location with good restaurants within walking distance. Free parking with enough spaces. Very clean and comfortable room.

The breakfast was excellent but a bit congested with queue on the waffle maker. But it's understandable during weekends and holidays.

The suite was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The entire property and facilities were well maintained.

The swimming pool was right outside our window which generated some unwanted noise at times. The sofa and chair could have been more comfortable.
