WaterWalk San Antonio at The Rim

Everything was nice and clean. staff super friendly and helpful.

the only nada thing was the bed. horrible back pain the whole stay. not firm at all I’m guessing it bad quality and old we sunk. so that made the only bad thing. terrible bed.

Looked clean and smelled clean in common areas. Room and kitchen were nice and clean too. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. They had a TV in every room too. Was spacious for what you pay. Very easy place to chill but we needed more seating. Statue of dog in the lobby got me every time.

The seating area furniture was not very comfortable (broken down springs) and was internally worn by someones abuse. I do not hold the furniture against the Waterwalk as the furniture was clean & looked nice. However, the living room furniture was just a love seat and chair so it only fit 3 people. It was not enough for the 5 adults and 1 child to all gather in a single living room without using the kitchen table chairs. We had both a double and a single room so it was nice to be able to go to the other living room if one wanted quiet.

The pool wasn't too big nor was it too small. Just the right size for someone who's 5'2. The pool was clean and felt cozy. When you walk into the building, it smells so welcoming and not rundown like most hotels. Same with the room when we got up there. The room we stayed in was so spacious. We had a washer and dryer that worked perfectly. It was clean and everything was working properly.

Really not much. Just small nitpicks like the AC whenever it turned off, it would get hot and humid immediately. The bed is pretty hard. If you are like me who prefers a gentle bed for their back, probably better off sleeping on the couch. The shower was a bit odd. The controls were reversed and a slight turn to the temperature you wanted would exaggeratedly get turned. In the end, it's nothing serious. Definitely recommend it to couples who want to feel the escape from home or just anyone in general.

The hotel, room, & parking lot was very clean and secure. The hotel room was really big. It is a full size two bedroom, two bath apartment. It also had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfectly located for all of the attractions we went to. They also have a bbq pit, by the pool which we utilized. The hotel offers a free coffee-hot chocolate machine. They also have a drink machine and snack vending. The drink/snack machine was reasonably priced. The door dash options to this location is abundant. They also have top golf and an attraction next door that offers bowling, laser tag, go carting and a full size arcade. It also has plenty of restaurants next door or within a mile of the property. We really enjoyed our stay and will visit this hotel again.

The road construction, but that isn't the hotels fault. You cannot hear it from the property, but it affects your GPS navigation. They also don't have any breakfast options on site, so we opted to door dash for breakfast. You also cannot order late, unless you go downstairs to let them in. But we didn't mind this too much, because it was for security purposes.

I loved the location, and that it is like a small apartment with kitchen and two bathrooms. It is clean. Every room had its own tv which it is a plus especially if you have kids. I like that it has a place to bbq if you wanted to.

The room felt hot, it was extremely hot outside when we were there, but we had to lower it to 60 some degrees and then it cooled down. The bathroom too felt so hot like if it did not had air conditioner. The beds felt weird a little hard not as comfy.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. We were in town for my daughter’s graduation. It felt like you were at home. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made ease of getting ready. The rooms and facility were very clean. Area is very safe. My husband dropped his wallet in the parking lot and was turned in to the office. I would definitely stay here again. And also coffee in lobby was awesome!

The only thing I didn’t like is all the construction but that was the Texas hwy and not the fault of the hotel.

Very convenient for big families with pets.. we enjoyed the fact that kids had their own room with a bathroom and so we did! A lot of restaurants and places to go dine, super pet friendly! I will definitely use this for future! Nothing fancy though but as convenient as it can gets!

Bed on the master room could be a bit bigger… perhaps a king size? That would be awesome!

Clean, had everything we needed. Staff was very helpful. Pool was perfect size for our kids. Washer and dryer came in handy! Located right next to Top Golf and Andretti’s Karting and Arcade! Right down the street from Fiesta Six Flags!!

Not many complaints. There was a strange smell in the elevator. Can’t fault them for the construction going on around the property. Guests overhead could be quite noisy at times.

Excellent amount of space. Great amenities. Provided more than enough supplies for our week long stay.

Had some noisy people above us that the staff tried to work with, but thankfully, they checked out after we were there for 2 nights. Would be nicer to have more sound deadening or insulation. The bedding was the most comfortable, but overall, comfort was great.

it was comfortable and very spacious. I loved the kitchen and the convenience of a washer and dryer inside of the room.

There was another family upstairs and for three days straight they stomped in the middle of the night and early morning I couldn’t get any sleep. I told two staff that they were keeping me awake and nothing changed until after I spoke with the third staff member.
