Quality Inn San Antonio Fiesta at Six Flags

The breakfast was being locked up as we entered the area. We were very fortunate to grab a couple cups of coffee and two bisquits. The lady went to unlock some butter and jelly for us. We must have been maybe five minutes late, I guess.

The shower. It was an accessible room BUT there was NO BATH MAT INSIDE THE TUB! I had to hold on to the bars to prevent slipping twice. The shower head moved but it would not be released from the top of the handle to use it better for your shampoo, etc. Talk about a "quick shower...."

Great locations for Six Flag Fiesta normal room nothing special, House keeping was great kept the room with everything we need. Breakfast was the same as every other hotel cereal, Waffles, yogurt but the Coffee.

Their Coffee is the worst coffee i have ever tasted in a hotel its taste like they use tap water and only put about 1 spoon full of coffee for like 3 gallons of water wish they update their coffee. Elevator broke down and when your on the 3rd floor it suck to take all your luggage down the Stairs.

The value for the room type fit my needs

Upon arrival, the host on duty was somewhat rude. When my family member asked where the bathroom was located on first floor, he at first ignored him, then just said, "over there", while moving his head. My family member went to the direction he moved his head and found it to be locked, he came back and informed clerk it was locked and again clerk ignored him. It was obvious clerk may have been disturbed since we are from a different race.

staff was very nice and very helpful, they accommodated us because we booked 2 different rooms for our stay and they help us move into our 2 room without waiting for check in! I would stay here again! without a doubt! thank y’all

they had to clean our AC in the middle of our stay so they came and took it out then the one that was ours didn’t come back it was swapped with another and when we turned it on it smelled like cigarettes! a little Fabreeze totally helped with that and after a few minutes it didn’t smell anymore

Great location mall is right next door every type of food you could want. Easy access to the highway. Six flags right next door. Beds very comfortable pillows are excellent room is priced very reasonable. Ac worked great and view was spectacular. Check in was very easy showed up a 1 am and was taken care of.

The pool is way to small. The breakfast is just waffles. Parking spots could be a little wider. Rental car got hit by a door.

One of the rooms, the knobs in the bathrooms were coming off so they changed our room. In the next room, the water in the tub was not going through so they came to fix it. In the same room, the swipe card key did not work and we had to go get the cards reactivated a few times.

it was convenient to our family

We asked for a handicap room with a walk in shower. We were given a handicap room with a full bathtub - a real problem for my wife. The manager must think his political views must be pushed on all of the guests - the Fox News Channel was playing in the lobby and breakfast area 24 hours each day we stayed.

Our cards stop working so did the other door next to the elevator it just read the cards randomly when it wanted other people were having the same issue We got 3 rooms and 2 we got together and the other one we got it separate The light next to the door in our room wasn’t working It’s a little outdated not a lot but it is still very good overall😎

The location is good, very accessible to many restaurants, malls, grocery stores and more. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet, definitely perfect for my pet who's a bit old and gets nervous when people are being loud at night but he definitely rested the entire stay. .

Our stay here was really good. It was the week of the Memorial Day holiday and things were opening back up after Covid. The room was clean, comfy and quite. The staff were nice but they didn’t seem prepared the breakfast rush of all the extra travelers. They had the waffle stations and the lines were long. There was s lack of fresh fruit (there was one apple left at 8am) no yogurt, bagels or cereal for quick options. They had refrigerated biscuit sandwiches that they couldn’t seem to keep stocked. Other than that, I have no other complaints.,

Lack of breakfast options but this could have been due to less staff or less in stock due to Covid shut downs and increased travelers/guests. The pool was kind of small in my opinion.
