Prospector Motor Lodge

Spacious room, beautiful natural grounds in a small Utah town. Friendly reception. Very clean with a number of extras. Ample parking conveniently in front of room. Dark enough for light sensitive people to get to sleep. Quiet room

Not specific to this place, but because of the setup and proximity of rooms to parking area, frequent slamming of car doors and loud conversations among guests just outside one's room might be bothersome to light sleepers.

Friendly staff at check in even though it was wicked late at night. The room was cute and clean. I slept like a log and got back on the road the next morning.

The blinds were a little broken but then I realized that there was thick blinds that pulled all the way around. I didn’t mind that the window was open before I got there and once I closed it and turned on the a/c it cooled down fast.

The room was better than we expected. It was dated, but in such good shape that it was like a retro decoration. It was very clean and comfortable. It was a really cute room. The staff was very friendly as well.

The A/C unit was not located in the main part of the room, so when we got there, as it wasn't turned on, it took a bit to cool off the room to where we wanted it. The window in the front of the room WAS open, so it wasn't as hot and stuffy as it could have been.

Room was large and the wood paneling and ceiling were beautiful. Lots of space to unpack and unwind. Also quiet and bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room could use a few upgrades - new blinds, higher showerhead and much better lighting. LEDs would be a good choice, especially where someone would be reading. Still a great place to stay, though!

The next door restaurant was good. We ordered two Navajo tacos. The employee said that one would be big enough for the both of us, which we did, and was true. We thought that was very honest of them, since they could have made more money, at our expense. The tacos were good quality but a little spicy for us "gringos".

This was a great stay, don’t let the outside put you off. Great check in with a lovely man. Room clean and comfortable. Advised on where to eat on check in as choices are limited due to it being a small town. A&W in town was nice, burgers and chicken but really nice. Town is dry so bring in if you like a beer.

Sprucing up the outside might help but really it’s just a great stop over.

This motel is well situated if visiting Natural Bridges NM and not too far from Canyonlands Needles District. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom in needs of some updating especially. The decore is very 1960's. Otherwise, it was clean and no real issues.

One of my favourite in the area. Rooms look like cute lil wood cabins, are extremely clean, and stock with everything. Staff is friendly and pays attention to details. They welcomed us really late at night. I will definitely go back!

Super nice staff and very convenient location for our road trip. It was clean too, check out was later as well which was nice!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and there really wasn’t a blanket, it was more like a sheet

They did not have breakfast ready at the appointed time, door was locked, so we went to a local restaurant.

No Breakfast as promised Door was locked and no one was in the room when we attempted to get the premised breakfast.
