Hyatt Place Salt Lake City Farmington Station Park

The location was great! The hotel is beautiful and well taken care of. Staff was friendly and rooms are spacious. Huge hot tub and fun pool! This hotel was VERY quiet. I loved that.

The breakfast is not great. The presentation was beautiful but the food was… meh… This may affect whether we stay here again. We also asked the front desk to have our room tidied up because our kids were going to join us for the night and we wanted them to have the WOW factor. We cleaned up before we left so there wasn’t much to do but she didn’t even make one of the beds. I finally noticed that someone had been there because there was a new washcloth on the sink and on the towel rack.. so confusing.

The location is amazing and is within walking distance of pretty much everything, from stores, to food, and entertainment. The hotel and rooms were beautiful and well kept!

Despite being a smoke free hotel there were multiple times when people would smoke directly in front of the building. Would have to dip and dodge to get indoors without inhaling. The breakfast bar could have a few more options, for the price of the stay, it was underwhelming. The rooms also did not include a microwave.

The hotel was very well appointed and we had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. Liked that our room was on the same floor as the lobby and it was easy to come and go. The location was fabulous...right in the middle of Station Park, so there was tons of shopping and places to eat nearby. Lots of parking for the hotel.

Having to make reservations to eat the complimentary breakfast. I didn't care for the breakfast. Most of the cooked food was cold.

Loved the location, and the fact that the shopping mall was just across the street. My daughters and I had fun taking the front runner to Farmington station. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants and had so much fun. Then pool and hot tub that night. Pool kinda smelled funny and was small but still fun! Room was big and clean-would definitely do this again if my daughter has a gymnastics meet at Legacy Event center again.

Pool smelled a little like rotten eggs.

☹The smell in the room when first enter was like dirty socks but got a little better after ran cooling. The other dislike was the amount of noise you could hear from rooms on side and hallway. It was better when TV was on. When submitting the survey the answers to what you didn't like and did were switched, hence the emojis.

🙂Beds were very comfortable, check in was smooth and quick. The view was great and I love the duel screens in window. 😁Access to U of U Medical Center was fabulous! As that was my reason for stay. The staff was great.

Location was GREAT, since we were there for the Lagoon. Plenty of places to dine and shop! The beds were comfortable and the help was very friendly. The common areas were very pleasant and it was nice to have complementary breakfast. Interior of hotel had great style and design.

The floors in our room could have been better, there were a couple of dark stains on the carpet. We had extra bedding delivered and the comforter smelled like mildew because it had not been properly dried. The water pressure in the shower was AWFUL, very light, took longer to shower and rinse off.

clean. breakfast was really good. the gym was clean with good options for working out. location was fantastic and close to shopping, restaurants and movie Theater . lots of things to do. staff was friendly. bed was comfy. really enjoys our stay. Well needed get away with my spouse

pillows could be uncomfortable but not a big at all.

excellent location, sofa bed was an extra for a family trip. The room was very clean and the beds were confortable. Our favorite part was the beyond excellent service provided by the attendants at the breakfast buffet, they were very attentive, welcomed everyone with a smile, the lady there is such a great asset to any business.

Breakfast was the best we have had during Covid. Hands down. They had many nutritious offerings hot and cold and we could take it to go or eat there. The room was spacious and clean.

It was in a packed popular shopping center. There was no designated parking so we had to park very far away. Traffic in the lot was terrible so as we walked the long distance to the hotel - we were almost hit by vehicles looking for parking three or four times. I thought it would be fun staying in a shopping area but it was too crowded. We won’t do it again. It was difficult to find a place for dinner - the lines were long.

Location, cleanliness, front desk friendly, water pressure! New towels everyday, bed made every day. Seems like not many hotels do that anymore.

Couldn’t have adjoining rooms even though I emailed two weeks prior
