Hampton Inn & Suites Salt Lake City-West Jordan

This place is excellent! a five star hotel without the five star price tag! We were so shocked and impressed at how immaculate the entire establishment is; To the last detail. Loaded with amenities, and without question the nicest staff in the area. The absolute best part: PET FRIENDLY! Staff welcomed our “kids” and there’s even a little extra treat at the front desk for your furry children. Beds, pillows, Towels, everything top notch and oh so comfy! What an affordable gem! We would recommend this place in West Jordan to the pickiest of travelers where money is no object, to the family of four vacationing on a budget. And did I mention the pool? First class stay, five stars.

Been coming to this hotel on business since it was built. Staff are always Utah friendly Breakfast is good (especially the sausage patties- loved those)

The only downside is the lack of an evening restaurant / bar on site meaning you MUST go out, this is a little draining if you're alone or in a hurry - I would think the economics of this worked out - there is a kitchen there after all

The staff was great and was always making sure we were taken care of. And they greeted me with a smile each time, that's so important in customer service and some places just don't do that much any more. Each time I come through The WJ, well be staying here.

For some reason, the sheets were itchy. It could have been we had been flying and traveling all day and I was just tired though.

Larger, clean room. Nicely decorated. Breakfast. Staff.

Noisy fridge in room. The TV didn't work, I repaired the damaged HDMI cable. It should have been caught before we checked in. The light behind the TV wasn't plugged in. Again, this should have been noticed by staff before my check in.

For one thing I love booking.com and I've never had an issue with them. I've never stayed at a Huntington suites that I did not like not like I would have liked it better if they had a restaurant in the hotel And the hot tub did not work

One big reason I like to go to hotels is for the swimming pool and the hot tub they did not have any water in the hot tub and said it was not working although the pool was the pool was warm I do appreciate that

The bed was comfortable, we liked having a choice of pillows. The toiletries were perfect. Everything was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the fire burning in the lobby fireplace. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the air-conditioning in our room and were able to be moved to a new room with no problems. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable.

The shades were confusing to operate, the controls were not labeled. We didn't like the weighted comforter. It was too heavy but a sheet alone was not warm enough.

It was extremely clean. Had restaurants and stores close. Also it was easy to get to the Usana Amphitheater which, was the reason for choosing this hotel.

The breakfast was ok. It was typical continental breakfast, however; definitely room for improvement.

It was such a great place e to stay for a couple of nights with local shopping g outlets within walking distance and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was very good.

We always stay at the Hampton Inn at Jordan Landing but we noticed the last couple times we have been there we had a hard time with the homeless population always wanting to know if we have a cigarette or if my husband wants company.

Pillows were not comfortable for this old person

Loved everything about this place. The staff were super friendly. The whole hotel just had a wonderful homely feel. Would recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone.

Honestly there was nothing to be unhappy about.
