Nice CLEAN rooms and adequate parking. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. A hotel chain that finally figured out that no one takes a bath and are smart enough to install a walk-in shower that prevents the bathroom floor from getting soaked!

The decor is goofy but works okay. There are no signs directing to the lobby. The back of the hotel looks like the front and the front looks like the back. All ground floor doors should be unlocked until 8:00pm. A guest had to let us in instead of us walking all the way around the building. The shampoo and soap bottles need larger letters for those over 45.

A fun, bright-colored, ultra mod hotel. Brian at the front desk offered exceptional service.

Booking.com totally messed up the reservation. We arrived after a long day on the road to find no reservation, even though we had paid in full. Booking.com customer service took one whole hour to resolve the problem so that we didn't get checked into our room until 10 pm. This is unacceptable and Booking.com needs to fix their deplorable booking system.

this is a comfortable, clean, new facility with hanging chairs and lots of seating space in the lobby. the breakfast has a lot of options and the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved that there was a water refilling station with filtered water, as we drink a lot of water. the rooms have liquid soap, lotion, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner for your convenience.

everything was truly great. no complaints.

The decor of the hotel was very modern and different but very pleasing. Our room was very comfortable but not sure if I like the no closet concept . The location was easily accessible to restaurants and to New River Gorge National Park.

This is trivial but we would enjoy some better cold cereal options at breakfast. We did really like the pancake maker.

The hotel is new! So please treat is as you'd treat your new home people, so we can enjoy it for a long time. The staff was very helpful with our requests, the room was very clean (the first hotel that I was able to walk barefoot in the room), the bed comfortable. People complain about road noise, but if you're really tired you'll sleep without any issues. Also some complain about no coffee maker in the room, but they do offer complementary coffee and tea in the lobby which is much better if you ask me. So all in all a great brand new hotel.

Did not like that breakfast ran out this stay before the 9am stop time that was given- no eggs and pancakes. Talked to staff about it and there were some delivery/ repair issues- however, since it's advertised- considerations should made. Staff received feedback well.

The breakfast was very good. More than I expected. We requested a room not facing interstate. That made it quiet. You could still hear a lot of noise in hotel. Loud door closing and thin walls. It was an okay place for one night. Friendly staff. Clean room.

Lots of inside noise. Don’t expect to sleep late. People can be so rude and make as much noise as they can at 6:00 in the morning. Not the hotels fault. Just thoughtless people. Price was a lot for what u get. Very low Hilton.

The breakfast was great! My family enjoyed a hot breakfast with eggs, sausages, and pancakes. Other items were cereal, yogurt, english muffins, toast, milk, and juice. The hotel is conveniently right off interestate 77 near a few eating places and a gas station. It's a very safe area. My family will stay here again when visiting family for holidays

I love the rooms, but the sitting furniture were a little too small to accommodate small children. We're used to couches and not benches. Also, no two room suites with pullout couches with this property. The breakfast hours. 9 am was a little early to end breakfast especially after a long night of driving and you just want to sleep in a little longer, lol.

Breakfast was great,location is perfect to on and off interstate. Love the pool table.

Need to have drawers to store items and a pool to swim.

I loved all the charging opportunities in the room. The bathroom was very nice, and the lighted mirror was a most welcome touch for a female traveler. There are never enough towel racks in hotel bathrooms, but the 3 hooks were appreciated, as was the night light. We also appreciated the extra hooks on the wall across from the "closet."

The trash containers outside the building as well as near the elevators were overflowing (spilling onto the ground) for the duration of our visit. People were not wearing masks in a very crowded lobby during our check-in. Breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were strange-looking and tasteless. We didn't try waffles or oatmeal. The pillows on the bed were not very comfortable, despite the fact that I requested and received an additional one. The high-tech floor lamp next to the bed had a bright red light that beamed right at eye level, disrupting my sleep.
