Motel M Lewisburg

Nice little Motel off the beaten path. New ownership has been putting in a lot of work to renovate the place. Still needs some more cosmetic repair in the room I stayed in but did not detract from form or function. Nice bedding, pillows, and quilt. The room was clean. The air conditioner/ heater looked a little rough and well worn but worked very well. The best thing was Mrs H. at check in, She was incredibly nice, genuine and authentic. She sincerely wants to keep her guests happy. For the money, it was well worth the visit. Would stay again if ever in the area.

The wooden steps leading up to my room need some new safety stair tread grips and maybe a fresh coat of paint. Mrs H said they were doing a lot of repairs so I imagine this might be on the list.

LOCATION the PRICE and the STAFF were friendly and accommodating .Mrs H the owner, Darla housekeeping and Todd maintenance. We loved parking right in front of our motel door. The motel did have a second floor but we like first floor easy accessible rooms. This was perfect. Room was comfortable and clean. We had trouble with the T.V. and Todd switched it twice making sure we were able to have television right away. We commend him.

In our room no coffee maker and no small table with chairs but Mrs H is still renovating the rooms and she said she’s working on it. We had the pleasure of looking into other rooms while we were there and they were done up with cute decor such as the bedspreads which were all different. I believe she is going to have a theme in certain rooms.

Motel M is pet friendly and about 2 miles farther from I-64 than the chain motels - a pleasant drive through a beautiful small town. It is across from the county fair grounds and a short hop to grocery, food and gas. The property is old but is well maintained with grass and flowering shrubs. The check-in lobby is a little small and dark (needs updating), but the staff is welcoming and efficient. Our room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. As an older couple, we felt safe at this property. An excellent value (comparable to most Super 8s or Red Roof Inns). We will definitely stay again.

Not the Waldorf but I found the room clean,fresh towels and a pretty comfortable bed… Checking in and out with Mr Riz was a breeze… there was FREE parking right outside my room. I needed a reasonable price place for one and this fit that bill

Curb appeal… I really thought I made a bad choice just judging the outside appearance

Everything was great an especially the lady that runs it she is very nice an very easy to get along with an very understanding an truly appreciate all of her kindness an everything an anyone who hasn't stay there at the hotel should most definitely come there an stay if they get a chance to they will be very pleased with there stay there an all of the staff an especially the lady who runs once more u will have nothing but the up most resoect for her an all of the kindness which I have experienced during my stay an glad that I stop by there the one day an checked it all out an was very happy with it an whoever else will an should have the same great experience during there stay as well

I have not one problem, nor bad thing to say about motel m, staff , was very very nice , always was smiling and very respectful, I would recommend this motel 100%, , very quiet and peaceful, thank u guys

There isn't a thing that I can say that I didn't like , every thjng was great , I have no complaints

Had a non-smoking room, but smoke from other rooms still came through ventilation. It cleared out ok if we kept the blower and bathroom fan running constantly.

I really enjoyed the location. It is right across the street from fairgrounds.

The bed needed to have a mattress protector on it not just sheets. The shower could use some TLC. I would stay here again just wanted to add those minor details.

The staff helped me carry my bags to the room (they saw me struggling with my limited mobility). I have been disabled for over 20 years and this is the ONLY time I've ever been helped like that.

Not a thing...it was quiet, clean, super comfy.

The staff was very nice and when I made a request it was made in a very short period, and communicated well through email and text messaging,made excellent restaurants suggestions and also recommended something for my service dog
