Fitness room & pool with the hot tubs are really nice🙂
Price point could have been a little better. Resort fees really take the price up. $ 20 dollars a person to ride the lift down to the lake is ridiculous, really. Your going down to the lake to spend your money Alterra, & your charging families $20 to get down to the lake, shameful.

the hot tubs and the kitchnette and the fire place.
the only issue was the smell of lysol or Pinesol in the lobby. UGH !! they do a good job mopping up but use LESS smelly stuff !!! water is fine. Would have liked more pillows and blankets.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the location was great and access to slopes was fantastic.
The bed was extremely soft and not very supportive. The pull out sofa bed would not fold away without having to manually adjust a bent piece of frame when trying to fold it away. Not a big deal but we had to call to have it addressed and ultimately figured it out before maintenance could get to our room. It was a PITA daily to adjust and we fortunately we avoided pinching our fingers and/or hands.

The hot tub and heated pool was great!! Wonderful location right in the village!
We called housekeeping and the front desk several times to get fresh towels and were not able to get them. We had to use dirty towels the entire trip which was gross!!

Excellent views. Great pool that is open and heated year round, as well as hot tubs.
Room service never showed up to clean our room. We were on a mountain bike trip so we had a lot of dirt tracked in. It was a little frustrating having to stay in the dirty room all week when we had requested a cleaning multiple times.

We loved that everything was so close. All restaurants were so good. We never had a bad meal! Slopes are SO close. Everyone was kind, and friendly. We are ready to go back!
