the manager was great- originally I booked 2 rooms, then cancelled 1. Booking.com had not sent the cancellation to the hotel yet(even though it had been months) they were going to charge me for the 2nd room as they did not have the cancellation- the manager reached out to ensure the cancellation was sent to to them so I would not be charged

Clean and extremely friendly staff. It was just her second day working the desk and she could not have been nicer. Suggested a fantastic place to eat as well.

Was there for Rockfest 2022 in Cadott 20 min drive to grounds from hotel! And half the price of what I would have paid in Eau Claire and less of a drive

It was quiet and I was glad to see they put in an elevator. I had a lot of luggage, so dragging all my items upstairs would not have ended well for me. I was glad to see the pool open, even though I didn't use it.
The price was a lot more than expected for that area, but I needed something close and booked late, so some price gouging was expected, but not quite that much. I got to breakfast an hour before it ended and most of the items were already gone.

Staff were very friendly.
The beds were very hard, pillows like slabs. To expensive for the location, nothing for adults to do in the area for fun. The pool area was closed. Remodeling. Not told until arrival.

convenient to gas stations n restaurants ! charged my credit card twice on two different cards so trying to dispute it on bank America card !
tv didn’t work n was told first day to unplug n reboot it n same next day n finally I asked second day for another room
