Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chippewa Falls, WI

very clean room - loved the sanitized remote! we were in town for 1 night for a wedding. We were able to get a lot of us wedding guests in the same hallway, which was fun. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and didn't rush us, even though she was the only person working the front desk during check-in time on a day where if not 100 % of rooms were taken, i'd have been shocked. 2 weddings, oktoberfest and a conference in a small town on one saturday. kudos to her!

bed was a little uncomfortable, and not warm enough. room was great, but next to an exit, so we heard slamming doors starting at about 6am. the price was higher than I expected for the location, but i'm guessing it's because Leinenkugel is mid-oktoberfest.

It was clean and there was a small refrigerator in the room. The breakfast had some options for gluten free people like hard boiled eggs, string cheese, yogurt and Rice Krispies. I didn't have the chance to use the pool or hot tub, but they looked nice.

The toilet didn't flush very well and the diverter on the tub wouldn't close all of the way when I showered so the pressure wasn't great.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices.

Our frig in the room wasn't very cold. And the dresser drawers kept opening. We informed mgmt and also left a note. They will be fixing these issues as simple maintenance. We weren't in the room often enough to really call this a problem.

Breakfast was superb, the best one I've seen in 2020. Not only huge assortment of snacks (muffins, bagels, donuts, cakes, cheese slices and steaks, different spreads, boiled eggs, cereals), but selection of hot dishes at the counter. Fantastic! And pool was open, my wife and kids enjoyed it. Personnel was friendly and helpful, room clean, bed comfortable. Small details - they provided enough towels for 4 of us (they had even extra comforters!), even shampoo and soap here were of big size. They really do care, and doing their job excellent. And important for me - just across the road, maybe 300 feet from the hotel, there is good running trail :)

Two small issues - our room did not have WiFi. We were provided with a password at check in, but there was no stable network in our room. Another issue - both USB charging sockets between the beds in our room did not work.

Loved that the pool area had its own bathroom. Made it easy with a little one not having to leave the pool area to find a bathroom or go back to our room to use the bathroom. This is the first hotel I have been in with this. Wish they all did.

Location was great! We left early and didn't partake in breakfast. Love the large bathroom!

The beds were a little uncomfortable. I would suggest putting bottled water in your vending machines.

I booked 2 rooms and our rooms were next door with conjoined doors from the inside! That’s what I loved. I didn’t have to walk down to another room whatsoever.

Absolutely nothing!

All of the employees we talk to was friendly and pleasant to talk to.

That's a hard one. If we had to choose the garbage bins where vary small.

Our door did not lock properly to our room. The main door to our room stayed unlocked.

Easy access. We requested 1st floor accommodations and we received 1st floor. Friendly registration, comfortable room.

Better lighting for paperwork and or reading.
