Wautoma Inn

Easy check in and out. Accommodating to an early check in. Several choices for breakfast. Room was clean.

I think they should turn the heat on if they are expecting guests in that room. We had an early check in so we did turn it on right away otherwise it would have taken a long time for the room to warm up. Pool room had alot of condensation, on the ceiling and walls. Maybe better ventilation to avoid illnesses.

We wanted a fun getaway for our children. We went skiing and snowboarding at Nordic Mountain. The hotel is clean, the staff was amazing! The pool heater did breakdown while we were there, which was a huge disappointment for the kids on our second night, but they were working so hard to fix it. Things like this happen and I appreciate how hard they were working to get it back up and running for the kids. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast as many hotels have stopped doing this. It was safe and clean. Thank you Wautoma Inn for helping our family have a great little weekend of fun!

Not applicable since it was too early a time and wasn't available longer in the morning, especially since it was New Years Day.

Very disappointed that the pool was not available to use. We didn't even know it till we were checking in.

Breakfast was good. There was some variety and for the price of the room, we definitely could not complain. It was a nice breakfast room, with plenty of area to sit.

The whirlpool chemicals were very strong, and hurt my eyes. I could not stay in for a very long time. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Good location easy to find. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good but not much there. The staff did mention issues with receiving supplies. Check in and out super quick.

Noise in the hallway at 7 a.m. on a Sunday. Children yelling and running. Doors slamming. You know, the usual. Also the heat was odd. It took a long time to even be sure if it was on. We debated whether to call the desk and see if we could get another room but decided it would probably be the same. Eventually it warmed up.

They had a breakfast included with the stay however we did not partake in this. I was pleased with the staff informing me upon arrival of a complementary breakfast in the morning. The hotel was very quiet.

The coffee was not good at all! The heat was a out dated, but still worked as it was intended.

The bed was comfortable. We've stayed here several times before as we have moved into the Wautoma area. I would highly recommend this place for a stay.

The whirlpool was down for maintenance. But that's due to the hotel replacing their entire pump room to avoid further breakdowns in the future. So that shows the effort they are putting into the motel.

Very much appreciated the fact that the Wautoma Inn was pet friendly-even pet welcoming! All my requests were accommodated. All staff I encountered were pleasant and friendly. Very convenient for the event I was attending. Got only coffee for breakfast on Monday, but it was very good.

The breakfast wasn't available Sunday; I was hoping for coffee :( Had a hard time finding the Inn-sign was difficult to read and my GPS couldn't find it. This may be temporary as they are undergoing a name change; when we called, the lady at the front desk gave excellent directions & directed us right to it.

we didn't have breakfast but we stayed one night for a ski/snowboard trip. the workers were very friendly and helpful. the bed felt a little sunken in in the middle but it wasn't anything tragic. we had a great time.

bed was a tad sunken in. otherwise all was good.

The hotel was very clean, the staff personable & friendly. The breakfast was just what we needed with many options to pick. The pool area was clean and just what my kids needed. We would defiantly recommend & we will be back. Thank you!!
