Stayed here before. Same as before, and I like parking in front of my room versus lugging my bags up stairs or down long halls. Will stay here again next trip through. Good wifi and quiet at night. No bugs seen anywhere.

There was an oil spill from earlier guest in the parking spot in front of my room. Not a motel owner issue, was a earlier guest who did not clean-up. I had to be careful to step around it when going to my room.

Run by a lovely lady. Great location, right off the highway. Park the car right outside the room. Everything you need is within walking distance

Just being picky really, but coffee in reception woukd have been nice. Only mentioning it because every other hotel on the trip had 24 hr reception and coffee. I certainly wouldn't say its a negative

This is a family-owned motel, and the owner is very nice and helpful. If you're looking for a luxury motel, this isn't it; but, it is very clean, comfortable, has all the amenities you need; and the price is reasonable. Has a mini-frig (very clean!), microwave, bathroom amenities. The bed was very comfortable (we had a queen bed). Parking is free. The motel is located near a Walmart and a McDonald's. I highly recommend staying here.

It was the cheapest place I could find. To my surprise, the place looked better than expected for the price, the place was very clean. Parking was also easy, right outside the door.

first ever family room at a motel! 3queen beds was perfect for my family at an affordable price. guy at front desk was nice enough to make an exception for my dog. we enjoyed our stay and all slept comfortably. will be back again if I’m ever in the area. thank you paintbrush motel.

It was quite. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Greatprice. Owners very nice and helpful. Parking right in front of room. Overall a great placeto stay.

Shower water pressure was a little strong, I think it was mostly the showerhead. Other then that nothing was wrong

Location and comfort the staff were fantastic. Stopped here 5 years ago and since then it has changed hands. The new owners are great and could not do enough for us.

Our bed looked like it had not been changed so the owner stripped and made it with fresh bedding.

Tom, who was working the desk when we checked in, welcomed us so warmly and was so friendly. He gave us options among the rooms that were available. For being right on the main drag, the room was surprisingly quiet. A/C worked well, it felt safe, bed and pillows were VERY comfortable.

Right by the door inside the room is a little dark, overall the room wasn’t well lit once the window curtains were closed

The economical price, the cleanliness of the room, the convenience of parking right outside our room, and the friendly professionalism of the staff made our stay here a pleasant one.

Because of the proximity of parking, the noise from early-departing vehicles was a little disturbing, but the advantage of parking close to our room outweighed the slight inconvenience.

Very accommodating, we arrived in late evening. Very friendly.

Confusing, sign on office door said no pets over 50 lbs but that clearly was not followed, as evidenced by other guests. Not that I'm complaining... But maybe remove the sign?
