We really appreciated the helpfulness of the desk attendant who helped resolve an issue with our reservation...happily we were able to get a first floor room as requested. The room was large and looked out onto a garden area. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant....service was good. Our meals were not very creative, but were good value for the money (the hotel gives a 10% discount.

Not enough outlets for computers, etc.

We was on the ground floor and we had patio sliding door to bring all things in to the rooms. Over it older hotel they have try keep it and looking nice.

Well carpet on the side wall need to be glued on. The shower head need have water pressure down or different style show head my help with show.

A convenient, clean place to stop for the night whilst on the road. The attached restaurant offers simple meals at fair prices. The rooms are relatively large and clean.

Wifi doesn't reach all ends of the property. Some of our beds were warped. Some of our TVs didn't work. They have pet-friendly rooms, but this wasn't clear to us, so someone with an allergy could end up in a room with cat hair, etc.

Location close to every thing we needed. Staff very nice. No free breakfast due to restaurant located in hotel building. Restaurant and staff were nice.

Bed way too soft. Toilet seat missing leg under seat so had to watch how you sat on it.

I love that the motel was on the Car Parade route. This is the second summer staying at this location.

The restaurant and lounge was no longer open as it is for lease. Also the sliding glass door in our room kept coming off the tracks.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable.

Accommodations needed for elderly but not yet infirm guests: • bathtub grab bar • stair railing should not switch sides at the landing; preferably, should be on both sides of the stairway.

The motel was as shown on website which isn't always the case. Friendly, helpful staff, great rooms, charming courtyard to enjoy.

The restaurant wasn't open due to staff shortages. Since this is not unique to them, I don't really consider it a true negative.

Room was comfortable

Not enough electrical outlets for what needed to be plugged in. Example is: two lamps, microwave and refrigerator and Two places to plug them in. I chose a lamp and refrigerator.

It’s an older property and my room had a sliding glass door out to the parking lot. I love natural light but wasn’t keen to have curtains open at all. i would stay there again but would request second floor.

Surprisingly clean and comfortable room. We were on a motorcycle trip and being able to park our bikes right outside the room for easy in/out access was a plus.

The racing of cars on the street until well after midnight was a disruption to our rest.
