The room was lovely decorated. There was a pool and hot tub which was wonderful after a day of hiking. The front desk staff called the bellman as we were checking in. There was a complimentary breakfast that was ordered off the menu not a typical continental breakfast.

The room did not offer very many outlets to charge electronics. The breakfast was ok. The waiter told my husband they were out of orange juice and another couple that came after us was served orange juice. Some of the items on the menu were not available.

Great people. Seasoned staff truly cares about your experience during stay. Great restaurant. Ski on ski off. Warm room.

Nothing. But expect a dated facility. Built in 1969? In actuality, it's negative points were its charm. Some may not agree. You are paying a lot. So some may be expecting 4 Seasons - but face it it is 1/5 the cost and still pricey. We loved it. Owner passed away. Feels like a business in limbo. Albeit service still rocks. Sometimes bar does not open due to staffing... nothing a higher rated accommodation wouldn't experience post covid.

The sit down breakfast with crepes and waffles was excellent. The Swiss Old World charm is readily apparent. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. This was a vacation with 3 generations and staying in Teton Village gave us a perfect base for a variety of activities.

The dining room opened for breakfast at 7:30am which was a problem for the days we wanted to start hiking earlier. They provided no earlier take-out option. The rooms do not have a fridge or microwave.

I really liked the location and proximity to the slopes. The Alpenhof offers a unique menu of very well made items, and at a great price relative to what's otherwise available around town. The included breakfast includes many substantial items that will keep you going until dinner time.

Nothing. As of 3/31/2023 their online dinner menu is broken and only shows fondue for two. They have many more unique and delicious items available at a great price.

The breakfasts were excellent!! The rooms were spacious. Having a fireplace was a plus and wonderful to use. The staff were courteous and friendly with excellent recommendations in Jackson. We had a wonderful customer experience! We will return the next time we are in the Teton area.

The only suggestion would be to replace the carpeting in the halls and common areas. It is getting a little worn and would make all the difference.

Efficient, welcoming staff; comfortable room and perfect breakfast. Chosen more for concept than skiing, since the season is over, we felt the whole place was quiet and colorful and attuned to our needs. Room opened onto a large deck for general views of the area-a plus. Elevator to our floor-helpful with all our gear.

We received a warm welcome. A comfy room, interacted with cordial staff and exited after a perfect breakfast--cooked to order, no assembly line waffles! Nothing we want to complain about.

October 2021

I visited in October when most of Jackson Hole is shut down. So my stay was very quiet! Enjoyed several hikes in Grand Teton National Park which was only 15 minutes away. Alpenhof was quite comfortable. Older building but quite clean. Shower power was a bit low but nice and hot. I used guest laundry at only $1 for wash and $1 for dry! I ate the included breakfast which was basically one entree and sides off the regular menu. I also ate some very delicious Alpine inspired food for dinner. Service in restaurant was friendly and quick. Parking was free in nearby lot. I'm sure the experience would be quite different in peak summer or winter months but I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. I didn't try the hot tub, sauna and pool was closed for maintenance, but they looked inviting.

Design is such that you have to climb a few stairs to get to main floor for elevators. May be a problem if you find it difficult to walk up or down stairs. Porter available to carry luggage.

The included breakfast was really good! Very nice, quiet, and cozy room. The front desk person and the owner were very nice.

The views were nice and it is close to the aerial tram if you want to mountain bike, but the restaurant options in the area were either closed or ridiculously expensive, in addition to the shops, but it is in Teton Village so I was kind of expecting that but was hoping to be wrong.

Location was great for skiers and people who prefer fewer shops and oeople. Due to a road closing it added 20 extra minutes to the parks. The hotel was quaint, clean, and offered in room wood burning fireplaces.

The dark room. Need brighter bulbs

Terrific location in Teton Village. Short walk to tram and concert hall. Beautiful Swiss-style room. Nice Swiss-style breakfast with very attentive staff.

Had to schlepp luggage of steps, but the hotel was built way before ADA requirements. OK, though. The place is charming.
