Hilton Tashkent City

The breakfast is great, true taste of the Uzbeck food and lots of fresh fruits. The table service is in time and for sure is better than other Hiltons I've stayed. Bed is very comfortable, security people did keep their eye on this place 24hrs, and I like the sense of international that you can see vistors from all over the world stay here. After all, I suggest vistors to check the city park at 7pm. Seeing locals with their children in the park playing around is the scene I'll always remember.

Accidently found a piece of unpleasant litter in the bed table. Hope the cleaning staff could pay attention to this part during work.

Perfect property , it was great . Spa facilities me and my family used . Pool is great and amazing . I have an autistic brother and he loved the pool and jacuzzi . Shazoda , Robert , Rihanna , Katorina and Lelia were exceptional in their services. The Reception girls and bellboy were helpful and proactive and any problems we had we could turn to them , Diyora , Renata ,Malika , Abdugaffor, Aznur . Not to mention , the room service was fantastic. My autistic brother liked the chips served . The Room Service Team , Shakzod Abdurakhmon . I loved my stay it clearly stayed up to the hype of being the most luxurious place in the whole of Uzbekistan.

Oat Milk , the hotel don’t have oat milk and couldn’t make a good iced oat latte . I think they also had old coffee beans . Must improve this drastically because I did try other coffee places around Tashkent and they also tasted horrible , Hilton was okay next them . Also the spa should get better shampoos , conditioner and shower gel .

Pool was really amazing and great views, especially in the evening. Room was always cleaned, and requested pillows were provided. Lively park and entertainment in the park opposite. Very clean, modern, and lady from Enjoy travel helped with train tickets.

1. Staff were not welcoming other than reception team, and there needed to be more smiling faces. 2. Disproportionately geared to business guests than leisure guests 3. Restaurant was expensive, and no bread was given in starter and was not fine dining

* Very nice location in central area of Tashkent and next to City Park; * Rooms are very modern, nice designed and comfortable; * The bath and all needed staff is quite clean and well organized; * The breakfast has wide choices and really good;

Actually everything was good, despite little bit crowd during breakfast time and personnel sometimes could not catch to prepare tables, but it is ok, nothing to complain

Room is super modern and cozy. Very comfy bed and pillows. Good sleep. The furniture and interiors are exceeded expectations.

Small lobby, looks overcrowded. It’s more business hotel however a lots of families with kids. Very mixed clientele. Staff is not too helpful and not polite. From Valet parking service and reception to waiters in the breakfast, all staff were not trained to be friendly and provide the comfort for the guests.

Outstanding services and staff

- In one day the hotel was not accessible by Taxi or car because of security and transportation was badly organized - Century 21 Resturant smoking hookah was very annoying and kids should not be allowed after 8:00 pm, there were many kids yelling and crying - Swimming pool Jacuzzi 2 out of 3 were out of order for 4 consecutive days

Breakfast was excellent, rooms were modern and clean, bathroom excellent, rooftop restaurant very good. The spa was very nice and the pool was good. Initially they got my booking wrong and allocated me a twin room but after a couple of hours they found me an equivalent double room. The hotel was fully booked during my stay, but these booking oversights are generally not acceptable. I am glad they fixed it. Even though the twin rooms are far bigger than the double rooms :) They were also extremely helpful when I left my phone in the taxi on the way to the airport, connecting me with the taxi driver.

It is inconcievable that there is no salon for women's haircuts, manicures, pedicures, etc. As a woman traveller, I needed a hairdresser and manicure and their only solution was for me to travel to an unknown salon somewhere in the city which was too uncertain for my liking. This is the first 5 star hotel I have ever stayed at without a salon. Extremely disappointing. There is also a lot of construction nearby and many of the views are of building sites, with some noise coming through even on higher floors.

Great location on Tashkent City Park. Friendly stuff and the room size, the bed is comfortable and clean rooms. Love the Gym and pool area! Was a good experience…

I think the Managers need more training for the 21 floor Asian Restaurant. The service is not really professional. Food taste is also below average… Also, in the room has Nespresso machine and you should put it Original Nespresso Capsules, not the bad ones.

Beautiful modern hotel which meets all the expectations. Staff is very friendly and well trained. The rooms are extremely spacious and have an amazing view over Tashkent city park. The breakfast buffet offers everything you can imagine and more.

The area of Tashkent city park, where the hotel is situated, is still being developed. So there’s a lot of construction going on and many paths to the metro are closed.

Good location, good room, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful reception, sufficient number of comfortable areas for meetings of any number of people, overall friendly feeling...

the room was not cleaned after the first night of stay, the SPA/pool locker room was not clean enough, limited towels; wifi system not steady and optimal, early/late check-out approach not flexible enough...
