JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi

Breakfast food and pastries were AMAZING! Staff were so attentive (I’ve never experienced before). A girl knocked on our door just to check with us and give us a chocolate. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym were the cleanest and nicest I have ever experienced. The coffee (egg coffee in particular) in the Lounge is amazing (as is the view). Staff are so helpful in helping you get to the airport, print off documents, giving a welxome rosemary tea (so tasty). So worth the money- you wouldn’t get similar for that price in Ireland. Food w bit pricey but to be expected. The staff didn’t have the best English but absolutely did their best to help! Thank you for a great stay! I didn’t want to leave.

We arrived late for breakfast and there were only 15 minutes left. It was a GIGANTIC buffet but we barely had time to grab anything. The staff never told us that there was an a la carte menu option (there is for dinner too!!) and we ended up paying over €30 each for 15 minutes and a limited amount of food!

Arrival & Check-in was smooth, friendly & informative; traveling with a near4 year old, we very much appreciate the possibility of a check in upon arrival & checkout at 18:00, especially we were only staying one night; Room was well designed with a nice view. We had lunch in the cafe & the view was excellent. We ordered room service & the delivery was prompt. Breakfast was very good & the staff was very attentive. We went for a swim & ordered from the Milk Co. The views from the hotel really enhanced our stay. Checkout was similar to checkin. Staff at all points were friendly, helpful & professional.

We live in Hà Nội & are familiar with prices here so the only possible issue might be the overall price for things like coconuts, wine, massages, food...

A very clean and spacious hotel. Club lounge facilities were extensive. The afternoon tea for Christmas Eve was very lite although the canapes and cocktails made up for this with an array of full dinner items on the menu. Many waiters and waitresses serving and the club lounge atmosphere, though full to capacity, was relaxing and enjoyable. We also had lunch at the lounge where the service was consistently fantastic and the food was delicious. We ordered pho with sweet and sour soup. It was amazing! We also had the buffet breakfast in JW Cafe the following morning as the club lounge does not serve breakfast on weekends and this buffet was extensive and the food was the best buffet style we have tried in Ha Noi. We have tried Pan Pacific on Christmas Eve and Intercontinental Seafood Buffet on a weekend and JW Cafe buffet breakfast and the Christmas Brunch exceeded all other standards of buffet food restaurants so far. Highly recommended! The view from the room was really something even on a very air polluted day and the Christmas decorations around the hotel and in the club lounge were really a wonderful touch! Along with the season's greeting card and Christmas cookies left during turn-down service.

We had indicated we were celebrating an anniversary but no preparation had been made for this. We also requested additional pillows and towels but unfortunately, no preparation was made for this either. But these are very small issues and, to be honest, the positives certainly outweighed the negatives for this staycation.

Great hotel. Good service. A lot of nice spots for pictures. Hotel land property was enormous. Nice privacy away from motorcycle madness as if I was in totally different place.

I was surprised that staff didn't speak too much of english. Bathroom light button was far from the bathroom. Looking for light button in the middle of the night was little odd. Usually you put the light entering.

The property has everything you need . Is a fantastic hotel. The staff is incredible , the food , the spa, gym, pool. And I was in love with the fact they have their own garden for vegetables and herbal garden.

The staff were very accommodating. The breakfast buffet has decent options from different cuisines, and the lounge area is comfortable and cozy.

The hotel is quite far from the Hanoi city center and traffic is an issue around the hotel.

We stayed here NYE. Excellent rooms, service, food, facilities. Really big hotel with lots of places for families.

Far from town center and not walking distance to other food options.

Modern and relatively new property. Very good facilities especially the common jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Gym was good too. The food was especially good in fact, the best I had at an Executive Lounge.

The bed is little softer than we prefer but ok.

The breakfast in the Cafe was great.

The breakfast in the executive lounge didn't have too many options. I arrived at 9:30 and most of the cooked food was gone already, and I didn't know the breakfast I prepaid for was only good for the executive lounge which was quite disappointing.
