Lotte Hotel Hanoi

Our room was on the 52nd floor. The view was insane. The toilets were large and airy with a good sized bathtub and a large shower.

A little bit away from most things and there isnt a lot of local food choices around the hotel. The spa is seriously pricey.

Staff delightful. Food is fantastic. Staying in the suite means all meals taken care of. Spa is nice but way more expensive than road side spa. Menicure is fantastic and reasonably price. Top of Hanoi restaurant bar has fantastic view of Hanoi. Very good band playing. The seafood platter is delicious.

Unlike Ho Chi Ming, it is hard to get Halal food. There is a shopping centre in the hotel itself but it reminds me of our own shopping centres in Singapore. Thus, doesn't give the touristy feelings. Very much different from Ho Chi Ming. The roads surrounding the hotel are jammed with vehicles. Very noisy with the continuous honking. Nothing much to see if you going on foot around the hotel. We were bored dead.

Very nice rooms and facilities. Everything is being kept super clean. Breakfast is great as well. Staff mostly very friendly, some are not attentive but this cannot be avoided at such a big hotel.

queuing up for breaktfast in a long line should not happen in a 5 star hotel. If it is too crowded, then they should open up more space or offer to order breakfast in the café on 38th floor.

Incredible rooms with very comfy beds and of course an amazing view of the city. There are amazing facilities to use in the hotel. The roof bar is a very cool place to have a drink.

There are many restaurants and food places in the hotel yet pretty much no vegetarian options. The roof bar food was very expensive yet ultimately disappointing. The jacuzzi was closed when I wanted to use it in the morning.

the outdoor pool was quite small and has no view at all. my children wanted to use the pool but lanes were put up for swimming and they could not really play there. the entire pool area does not look welcoming. prices of the drinks on the Rofftop were quite steep. minimum 350.000D for a cocktail.

Brilliant facilities. Catering Staff/Servers were very attentive and friendly. Hotel interiors were beautiful. Amazing food and restaurant options. Very comfortable rooms. Lots of amenities within the Hotel.

Mini Bar prices in room were quite expensive. £5 for a small bottle of water. Also the Pharaoh’s Bar alcoholic drinks were very expensive for the quality.

Lovely views from my high floor room. Exceptional service, great buffet choice for breakfast, lots of restaurant choices. Quite a nice location easy to go around hanoi.

Nothing actually

First time staying in a Lotte hotel and it far exceeded expectations! Huge room, comfy beds and excellent service throughout. The club lounge was one of the best we’ve experienced anywhere, and there was a huge selection for breakfast. Unfortunately it was cloudy and overcast for a lot of the stay but on a clear day the views would be phenomenal.

Just a minor point as it didn’t really make any difference to us, but it was a little odd that you couldn’t charge anything to the room, so you always had to pay separately in the bars/restaurants.

It’s definitely a hotel for those who travel for business. The atmosphere of the hotel makes me want to come back again. The staff was helping with any issue, and they’re so kind. The scent of the hotel is spectacular, the cleanliness is as at the hospital. Will definitely choose Lotte for my next visit to Hanoi.
