Rose Garden Residences

So happy with our choice of staying at RGR. It is a bit outside of the old quarter but only a short cab/Grab ride away. We didn't mind the quick ride to the old quarter and loved having a massive pool and a big room instead. The rooms are super clean the hotel is quite and the breakfast was yummy too. All staff were really nice and helpful and we really liked the location as well. There is lots to explore in the area and our kids just looooooved the big pool. The hotel overall is nice and quite and the gym looked great too.

This can be one of the best accommodations one can find in Hanoi, yet very affordable! B/fast was not 'grand' but it has all the necessary greens and proteins that one needs to start his/her day in a healthy way (i.e. no 'rubbish' food). Room was clean, kitchen appliances all worked perfect, hot water in the shower, aircon in the apartment, all worked in excellent condition. Bed was really comfortable, and the unit has very good sound-proof so i had uninterrupted sleep throughout the entire stay. Each room comes with their own wifi device vs. a shared wifi (on the floor), so the connection is really strong. Lots of eateries within walking distance; ordering of Grab services (both car & food) is convenient as well. Bonus - they even have two in-house bicycles for the guests to use (w/o any charges), just need to inform the front desk and they'll issue you the key, which i used to cycle to Old Quarter and back, excellent! I will definitely stay at the same place in future

Absolutely nothing

Interior of hotel pleasant + good communal facilities (especially canteen, gym, swimming pool and library) + great value for money (stayed in two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and breakfast option all-in-one for two people)! Also, if you don't mind walking for perhaps 20-30 minutes (at a moderate pace), you can use the metro/BTR at Cat Dinh. Oh, additionally, the staff are so friendly and helpful (from front of house/lobby onwards)!

1) Air conditioning in lifts and accommodation floors/corridors (above ground/lobby level) would have been greatly appreciated; 2) Location of hotel/residences is not within relatively easy walking distance of international-standard eateries and/or quality shopping malls - for example, you need to drive for 5-10 minutes to get to Lotte Shopping Center and/or Vincom Center Metropolis.

The apartment was lovely and it was nice having someone on reception who could call us a taxi when needed. The room sizes were good and it was nice having 2 bathrooms.

We stayed here because it had a really nice pool area but the location didn't suit us as we were spending most of our time in the Old Quarter. That was the compromise - pool or Old Quarter.

Great place with amazing staff. We were a big family with elderly people and the staff was very helpful and responsive. Great service attitude. The washing machine was difficult to operate for us. So they actually went ahead and replaced it. WOW! Service was prompt and very warm

More vegetarian options in breakfast. A dedicated work desk could have been ideal in the apartment for work from home folks.

Pool was lovely and had a nice temperature. Room was spacious and clean. Excellent for families. Nice kitchen space also.

No restaurant when we arrived. Was only open for breakfast. Had to walk very far for food.

We loved the big, clean pool. The apartment was very quiet and spacious and clean. It was also homey and had everything we needed for our 1-week stay. I will recommend your hotel to my expat friends.

There was no privacy sheer curtain over the patio doors. I liked the natural light from the big doors but the neighbors in the apartment across from our room could see in. The breakfast, set 1, was called "American" breakfast but actually it wasnt very American. Toast, eggs, bacon, fruit, cereal, milk and coffee are the foods of an American breakfast.

Nice to be out of the Old Quarter.( cheap grab away) Really friendly attentive staff. Apartment was cleaned daily. Great facilities including washing machine, safe, etc..Good selection for breakfast.

We couldn't stay longer!

2 bedroom family apartment was huge and had 2 bathrooms and big kitchen. Great pool, playground and kids club area (self-supervised).

The location wasn’t the nicest. Good for rainy days if you just want to hang around the hotel but otherwise you need to get a taxi to main attractions. 15 minute walk to nice restaurants.

Spacious & clean, fully equipped, excellent customer service, great location. We have a baby & had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable

They struggled a bit to understand my husband so maybe English level could be better
