Phu Hai Beach Resort & Spa

The room and bungalow we stayed in was lovely. Overlooking the beach. The pool and beach were well maintained. There were plenty of staff and they were very helpful and made you feel welcome. As the resturant wasn’t open for dinner we ate up the road and the food was great there.. You can borrow bikes to cycle to town.

The breakfast was by far the poorest we had in our 3 weeks in Vietnam. The food looked like it had been left out for hours. If the chef is worried about numbers.. they would be better off without a buffet and have a simple fresh menu instead.

This is a great resort for a relaxing break. It has a beautiful beach and pool area. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I really liked the balcony area which was also a lovely place to sit with a great view. Breakfast was good and food there was reasonably priced. Nice gym and games area with pool table, table tennis and table football. We also used the tennis courts which were good.

Really enjoyed my stay at Phu Hai. Very beautiful and quiet resort with a lot of greenery around and nice post colonial design. Everything was very well looked after. Few meters away from the beach that was cleaned every day by the staff. Large swimming pool was nice as well. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Everything you need for good holidays in comfortable conditions.

One thing I was a bit disappointed by was the TV that didn’t have any international channels. A hotel at this standard should have one.

Mosquitos by the million, the bathroom window was left slightly ajar and was bitten to death in the night, thanks to the staff who found me some spray, all good after that.

Really nice room with beautiful gardens. The beach is very lovely and much better than in the center of Mui Ne. The hotel is only 5/10 minute drive from the center. The staff is very nice too. Definitely recommend.

A beautiful resort great for families. They had some play equipment and games for children. The pool lots of fun and most of the time we had it to ourselves. Overall, it was very clean, the food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this resort.

A few of the facilities were closed and they only did the buffet breakfast one day because it is so quiet.

I just wish the reception’s staff is more friendly and speak softly with more smiles.

A gorgeous resort with plenty of facilities for everyone. We spent most of our time in the pool. The resort was quite quiet so we often had it to ourselves.
