Beautiful location, great facility, amazing breakfast, attentive staff. Located further from the village So it's great for calm relaxing vacation. Attentive staff - I appreciate the garden/beach crew who saw me doing yoga on beach And without asking brought me a yoga mat :) Beach Is clean, with few people. It's windy So it doesnt feel too hot. Kids loved the gentle waves. We dinned at the hotel restaurant - wide range of meals, delicious, top quality - might seem pricier if you compare it to another places but definitely worth the Price. Would definitely come back.

Polite, nice, friendly and helpful staff in every department, they absolutely worth a five star. Food is ok in the restaurant, not excellent but not bad. good and clean beach, like the beach club that you can buy drinks and food inside and sit on nice couches, very cozy.

the verde lounge room has no natural light so it is dark and disappointed me. want to pay more to change my room but unluckily no more spare rooms as it is VN holiday. found a cockroach in the room in second night that scared us, guess it invaded my room from the big door gap. Hot water supply is not stable.

Can strongly recommend this hotel! Out of 5 , we would give it 10 starts visit. A grand breakfast, exceptionally outstanding service, clean space rooms with a view and delicious food in a restraunt! - spacious room - afternoon tea - welcoming fruit and goodnite chocolate - breakfast menu has some change each day - quick improvements after receiving feedback on wifi

- the sea wave is too strong, compared to other beaches - my room was near common area and parking lot, which made it a bit noisy some time.

Second time in Cliff resort. Excellent place, staff the villa on the beach must for family. Definitely come back.

Mostly everything, great private beach, great views, clean and spacious accommodation and good restaurant.

Unable to order from the regular restaurant menu for breakfast, breakfast buffet was not good but was at least free.

Maybe it was just me but the swimming pool stung my eyes. Either too sensitive or too much chlorine.

Location, Staff, Facilities.

I stayed with my family at Bungalow, it was good, the only problem was that we could listen everything from our neighbors. The wall isolation is terrible!

Clean air, chill and relax atmosphere but what I loved the most was the level of details that they had with us, every night we will find a roll with a story tale and a gift (sometimes chocolats other nights a skin care surprise). The room was really comfortable with a pretty terrace, lovely decorated with flowers. They have several activities to keep you busy: sports, karaoke, ping-pong... you choose.

Areas to improve: Food could be better, dressings for salads should be served aside, a better description of ingredients would be helpful. For the Spa, you should survey clients about: room temperature preferences, intensity of the massage, and maybe a body map to mark sensitive spots (in case of injuries). I have to note, these are suggestions to improve, I enjoyed the food and the spa a lot.
