Very good location in the centre of andorra. It is convenient to walk to the restaurants and Caldea spa from here. The hotel has a vintage vibe. Even though the interior is not new, it is very well maintained. It has a very good price quality ratio. I will certainly come back if I visit andorra again.

Hotel staff didn't offer us the parking at the hotel. We end up using the parking lot in front of the hotel, which costs 23 euro per day.

Hotel has a good location, walking distance from center and main attractions but also in a quiet area. Personal was polite and respectful, offered a lot of information regarding our stay and were ready to address any complain we had. The room was very clean, same as the bathroom, also the view of the room was very nice, seeing the mountains in the distance. The bed was comfortable, had no issue to have a good sleep. Parking was free over the weekend. Overall a very good stay in Andorra, very good price quality ratio.

The room and the bathroom was clean. There was more than enough storage space and there was also a large enough safe to store laptops. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was basic however there were things to pick from and it was changing over time so certainly was worth it. It is close to the bust stop with direct connections to Encamp (Grandvalira ski resort) as well as the main bus station - which has a direct bus connection to many destinations in the surrounding countries.

There only were a few power sockets and none near the bed.

We like the location, close to most shops and places you can visit in town. A bit uphill on the way back, but all good in general. Happy with stay. Staff spoke english and gave grteat advice on places to visit. Breakfast was good. Parking available at 10.50 EU. a night which isn't to bad, but be extra carefull when parking ( narrow and smalish parking spots) :)

We got a smallish room right next to the elevator and we could hear people using it. But because there weren't many traveller staying in the end this wasn't an issue. We came when there was major roadworks right next to the hotel so this was a bit of a problem. But eventually we could get in and get out.

Good room and location, clean, staff very friendly

How loud the cleaners speak to each other very early, there is no need. We stayed for two nights and the first morning we were up far too early due to the noise, same on the final morning. We understand we need to leave the room at 12, but being awake at 9 or 10 due to the noise is not cool or relaxing.

Walking distance to shopping area and restaurants. Very good room size. Parking lot available in front of the hotel, one should wait some minutes to catch one spot.. but it´s doable. Lack of restaurant services but the breakfast was good.

Nice rooms and nice location. Helpful staff.

The area and aircon was very noisy. Will not recommend the car park for larger cars. But there’s a great one just in front of the hotel.

Close to the city center, good wifi, decent rooms

Just a warning that a parking garage is quite narrow and for some might be a pain to park. For us was alright, 11€ per night.

Very kind staff, good location with great view, close parking, a bit complicated to get around but kind lady from reception gave perfect instructions needed.
