Hotel Màgic La Massana

Every member of staff we encountered were excellent and so friendly. It was an exceptionally busy time but they all just kept smiling and doing everything they could to make our stay perfect. The bed was made every day, the room tidied and towels folded. The food was really good. Probably best buffet style food I've experienced and certainly great value. The rooms and beds were comfortable, bar prices reasonable. All in all an excellent stay, perfect location.

Nothing really. If being picky, the tea was very weak. Some decent breakfast tea bags for the English guests would be preferable but not a massive deal.

Food in the hotel was excellent with a vast selection of choices to suit everyone. The staff were all really friendly and helpful at all times. It was only a 5 minute walk to the gondola to get up to the ski area. Entertainment with a band one night in the bar and George the magician another night was really good. The spa area was adequate and great for the tired muscles.

If there were more lifts in the hotel it would have been better as during the busy times it took longer to get a lift especially from the ski lockers in the mornings. The shower in the room was not great power and at busy times could be cool if they ran out of hot water.

Location is great. Room size & facilities are really good. Nice comfortable bed & good bathroom. The lap pool, sauna & steam room are a nice little bonus.

My room was next to the cleaning cupboard so the door would bang from quite early on in the morning which is pretty noisy. I think the breakfast is pretty expensive at €11 when you can pop to a coffee shop next door for €3-4

Good location from which you can go everywhere. Good breakfast and super friendly employees.

My room was on the side of the (only) road through town direction other towns = busy and noisy. I couldn't open the windows which I normally do. With closed window the noise was better to manage.

Everything was very nice and the front desk staff were very helpful!! The bed was comfortable and they even left a doggy goodie bag in the room when I said I would have my dog with me!

The only thing was that the room was very hot when we arrived. there was an A/C unit in there but I couldn’t get it to work. I was too exhausted to go ask for help though so it could’ve been an easy fix

Half board is great value and there is a good choice and variety of food. Restaurant is open late. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Irish bar has good atmosphere and is family friendly. Location is good, less than 5 minutes walk from La Massana cable car and the shops.

I had a room with a view over the roofs and mountains. Very cosy and comfortable bed. Great breakfast and dinner. Staff was friendly. I absolutely enjoyed my stay!

Location, hart of La Massana, close to the shops and ski lift. Spacious Hotel, easy to get to and move around. We loved the spacious rooms and comfort.

Cyclist friendly hotel, no problem with bikes in the room. Super breakfast to start the day. Very good location in La Massana.

Well I guess very many have spend nights in the hotel, room 607 had already very worn mattress that was disturbing a good night sleep.

Huge rooms, storage for bikes. Place to clean bikes and repair. You can take bike to your hotel room with no problem. 3 min form ski-lifts.

The smell on the 5th floor from the spa. Breakfast is not interesting, on the second day you do not want to eat.
