Generally everything! Seriously! This hotel doesn't have weak points. The best memories we'll have from hotel's restaurant, where incredibly friendly stuff made our day every morning 🙂 Always smiling, with fantastic attitude they were for us every second. Well done guys! 👍 The cuisine is amazing! The menu diversified, the taste and the plating on the highest level. The stuff in the reception is very helpful. The rooms are spacious, well arranged and very clean. The bed was comfortable. We recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a good quality and unforgettable atmosphere. Great job EXE PRISMA!!! We're looking forward to return there 🙂

We stayed in a family room which had two (linear) bedrooms and could be closed off with a door. Also, there were two bathrooms which made this a great place for families. The main bedroom was very roomy and even had a separate sitting area. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. Also, this hotel is right next to the main shopping area which was very convenient.

We had a minor challenge checking in as our reservation was for 2 people instead of 4 (not sure what happened) but the host was friendly and quickly fixed that for us without charging more. We got to the hotel a bit later in the evening so on-site parking was not available and I had to find another parking place in a public lot which was a bit of an adventure (and not close).

Good location, Reception staff was very helpful. Nice breakfast - donuts and honey were a fine addition for the kids, although vegetables are missing (but that was to be expected - a regional problem) Parking is very difficult for large vehicles (it is recommended to park in a public parking lot close to the hotel).

I honestly do not have one bad thing to say about this hotel, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were all extremely helpful and nice, the breakfast and dinner was extremely good. The rooms were a good size and very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. On top of that it’s a great location, I would definitely come back.

Localization and the size of the room

There was a problem with the garage.We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and everyday we could not get a parking place, fortunately we managed to park in a different building but still it’s a little bit of a minus especially that we chose this place because it was supposed to have a parking place

Location was unbelievable. Close to the shopping mile (as many places in Andorra are), but had an enormous room and was convenient. The front desk (particularly Desiree) were immensely helpful at all hours of the morning and night.

Had a bit of trouble making the air-conditioning work (too hot), and parking was a little competitive.

Great breakfast and spacious rooms (two bath rooms in the family room!).

The parking garage is exceptionally small, it takes some serious skills to get in and out with a larger car (but we managed to do so 3 times without damage).

Very nice facilities and wonderful location. Furniture was nice and modern and personnel was kind, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and had variety of options.

The safe was locked upon our arrival and even though we report it no one came to fix it. Getting a parking spot at the property might get tricky.

Great location, walkable to restaurants and stores. Facilities were clean and breakfast was very good.

The parking lot was full, we had to find parking which took some time within Margot streets and busy time of year. Public parking was 25euro per day.

Spacious room. A la carte menu in the restaurant, good quality and price. Staff nice and friendly, even not all of them spoke english.

Bunk-beds in the second room not comfortable at all. We would appreciate some chairs.
