Queensport Tavern And Motel

1. The room is very spacious and clean (except the walls are stained with swatted mozzies). 2. There are tea/coffee making facilities; mini fridge with milk provided; ironing board and iron provided too. 3. Beds are clean and comfortable.

1. Mozzies in the room. We managed to swat a few. There are dead mozzies on the walls most likely swatted by previous guests. 2. The food at the pub was disappointing. We ordered the spaghetti bolognese which tasted like it was straight out of the can. The beef nachos had no quacomole nor sour cream, very little minced beef and not enough cheese. The saving grace was that we watched Matildas beat France on the big TV screen.

Stayed in a twin room, which had 2 double beds that were decently comfortable, the bathroom is a lot bigger than the pictures show and has a fairly big shower with good water pressure. There is also tea and coffee supplies in the room. We booked as it was cheap and close to the airport we didn't expect much with the room being so cheap, and we were both very surprised, the hotel is in a quite isolated area but it was a quick drive to the airport, the pub downstairs has excellent food and really good specials, the staff are also very friendly. It was a short stay but exceeded our expectations if we need to go back that way I'd definitely stay again.

If I had to pick on something the air vent in the shower needs a clean, didn't bother me but that's all I could pick on

generally the staff were fantastic, helpful and courteous. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The food was great and service was amazing.

The reception signage was misleading, which led to us entering the property through a wrong driveway, and we were abused by the staff member in the bottle shop, thankfully another guest helped us to the correct driveway

The staff we very friendly and offered a high level of service, from reception, to the bistro/ bar staff. The food was excellent. We enjoyed our stay for the short time we were there.

Even though the place we very heavily signed to please keep in mind shift workers on site and to be quiet. It was a little roudey at times but quiet down finally later on in the evening

The room was comfortable and it was close to very thing that we wanted

All the windows were blacked out so it was very black and you needed the lights on all the time. It would of been nice to see the sunshine

I did not have the breakfast. I am not sure if it was available. There is a hotel that has meals. Lunch and dinner. The staff were friendly.The rooms were comfortable and clean. It is in an industrial area near the airport. It is well lit.

Very friendly staff. Bigger than average towels. Different pillows so you had options. Quiet. Bistro on site to make dinner easy. Lots of bedside tables with lamps.

No powerpoints by the bed, and not many anywhere obvious, we unplugged the kettle in order to charge two phones.

Been here a couple times now, tidy clean, I always use to think pub hotels were nasty gross and weird, but this one is amaaaaazing, Lovely staff and the people at the lounge bar were very accommodating and lovely, the stay was Awsome, and safe

Clean and comfortable, great as close to hire car drop off for next day. The area around looks a little dark and shady at night but good for what we wanted. Staff all great. Great access if you have someone in a wheelchair.

Its a little old and dated.

Clean, cheap and close enough to the airport. For one night for a layover it was great value.

The location is pretty industrial and noisy but the room was clean and spacious with good basic amenities.
