Quest Ascot

It was well managed, had almost every modern convenience you might need for your stay, was neat and clean, and staff were always pleasant and helpful. The showers were hot with great pressure and there’s a bath for the kids, with sliding partitions to stop water splash onto the floor. The washing machine and dryer both work well, there were 2 balconies, split-system air conditioners and ceiling fans, and even an oven in the kitchen, with a decent sized fridge and freezer.

The double bed was actually 2 king singles pushed together. The original quilt was one single laid lengthwise across the bed, but we found a full-size quilt in the cupboard. The description says no reservation required for private parking, however we arrived on a late flight and had to park our hire car on the street as all the bays were taken. Finally, it’s not a comfortable experience giving your credit card details over a public speaker in the dark because their policy states that after-hours arrivals need to provide a bond. This needs to be changed so it is withdrawn with the booking, and refunded as required.

Loved the homely feel, very quiet and easy to get around. Lovely cafes and bars, great food nearby. Staff were very friendly and so helpful! Special thanks to Eric who helped us with change to our accommodation needs and very friendly!

Nothing! Met all our needs as a family staying for an engagement party at Albion.

We asked for an early check in which was able to be accommodated by the very helpful manager. Within walking distance to Eagle farm racetrack. Studio apartment had everything we needed. KIng size bed, microwave, toaster, jug, dining table & balcony overlooking the pool.

A little dated but was not a concern as the location was perfect for attending the races. No Foxtel.

Proximity to highway Very professional and friendly staff

Parking for a work it higher than 2m not available on site, however my vehicle was parked overnight on the street (Duke St) next to entrance to Quest and it was safe

Good location near plenty of choices for dining especially Sports Club across the road, providing excellent meals. Close to the airport and quiet. Parking was excellent.

Could hear neighbouring room but they settled early.

Good stay and is always our first pick when we are looking for accommodation for our team

I wish the check in times were a little bit more flexible, especially travelling in from sydney, arrival times are almost always unpredictable

Very helpful, obliging staff Location. Unit with kitchen. Spacious. Good lighting Clean & well appointed. Washing machine & drier (even though we didn’t use them) Fresh air & ground floor access

I tripped on the small step going into the bathroom bruised my foot and nearly hit my head on the basin I had to use a towel to cover it for safety

Bed was extremely comfy. Shower was great. Great that you can park on site

TV is located at end of bed on TV cabinet. When you are in bed you can't see part of the TV because the cabinet that the TV is on is lower then the bed. Needs to be wall mounted.
