Communication with the staff was quite pleasing, helped me with the problems as well as giving me guidance when needed. The property is brand new, clean and comfy. Many facilities to enjoy, such as heated pool and jacuzzi at the roof top, which is also equipped with BBQ and seeing area to have a nice roof-top experience. Views from Rooftop at night is wonderful.

Being a new setup and having heap of technology incorporated into the building and the processes, I can understand the getting-use-to factor, which will be worked out as it goes I believe.

Modern self-catering apartment. Good location and accessibility. New, comfortable and very clean. Contactless service - everything was done via website, email and text messages. Staff were easy to contact via telephone, responsive and helpful when needed. Onsite secured parking available. Highly recommended.

Maybe some onsite catering services or breakfast would be helpful. Limited restaurants within walking distance. A front desk and friendly face would improve customer experience and connection.

The property was high end and perfectly laid out. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a mini break in Brisbane for the weekend. An Uber to Suncorp only cost about $11 and the bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch. We really liked the use of the QR codes for information and casting which was preset and ready to use.

There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher which we found when we went to load it ourselves. Otherwise the room was perfect.

Easy access and parking onsite. Very clean and tidy and close to the city. 100% will stay here again when back in Brisbane. The free bottle of Wine was nice also.

We booked a Executive Apartment which was supposed to be 2 rooms with Queen beds, and a sofa bed in the living room We were 1 cuple & 2 singles so we needed the extra sofa bed but only had 2 towels and no bedding for the sofa. We asked and It was promised it would be at our door by 9pm but it never showed up.

I liked everything, only feedback would be wifi drops in bedrooms and some scuff marks on the walls but these are very minor. Modern check in and key system could be challenging for less tech savvy guests

Everything was super clean. Parking was easy and there was a lot of available spaces. The room was spacious and the furniture that was in there was perfect. Central location to everything. The bed was comfy. I stayed in an apartment which had a kitchen with all the utensils needed for cooking and a washing machine and dryer which was amazing.

Loved the location and the convenience of having a car space, no fuss check in as was contactless

Reliance on tech (app for a key) - initially the app didn’t work so had to reload it to get my key. Lifts needed phone to activate which was temperamental at times. What happens if you don’t have a smartphone or it runs out of battery?

The apartment was great, new, clean & well set out. Secure parking, close to the city, easy to just catch an Uber. Will definitely book again when next in Brisbane. Staff were very helpful over the phone also.

Nothing really, would have preferred a swipe card to enter apartment & lift instead of the digital key but that’s about all.

The digital check in & digital key were a hassle. The assistant manager was quite helpful & provided us with a real key which made things easier. However , there was no mention for the check out procedure not to do it in the unit. we were unable to use the lift & lost 15 minutes in the process.

Parking was an issue. We paid but on attempting to park where advised , were moved on by “permanent residents” who assured us that the spots we chose were strictly for permanents. There needs to be highly visible signage as to what parking is for short stays and that information needs to be in the check in portal.
