Goldsborough Place Apartments

The location is just fantastic, lovely outlook over the river with bird calls in the morning. Access to the River Cat and City Glider make getting around so easy. The neighbourhood is full of great eateries and cafes, supermarkets are also nearby. Lovely to do the Riverwalk down to New Farm Park, you can even walk to the city if you have time. Having a kitchen and washing machine made our lives much easier.

Wifi isn't great. A larger initial supply of essentials such as dishwashing tablets/liquid, toilet paper would have been good, it was easy to obtain extras when someone was in the office. The shower recess could do with a good clean.

The apartment, apart from the bedroom, was attractive with lots of extras not seen in other places we had stayed in. There was a good selection of books, ample kitchenware & comfortable seating on the balcony. The views from the 2nd floor apartment were amazing. The location was excellent with a variety of eateries across the road and a small Woolworths a short walk away. The ferry & bus terminals were also nearby. We would certainly stay here again.

Of the 7 places we stayed in during our Queensland visit this was the only place with an uncomfortable bed. The bedroom was also the most unappealing because of the building design. The window looked out onto a metal "chute" providing light via presumably a skylight at the top of the building. Little things like the clothes airer being past its use by date and a hanging slat on one of the kitchen bench stools perhaps should have been picked by staff while servicing the apartment.

Staff were very helpful with our after hours arrival time, Michael was very helpful. The apartment was a fabulous size, very comfortable and excellent location. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances. The river views were beautiful, restaurants, cafes across the road were convenient and a Woolworths Metro close by. Close to the City Cat and Bus stops. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely use this again.

There weren't basic necessities such as dishwashing liquid, tissues, garbage bags, multi purpose spray. We were booked for a week, so these basics would have been helpful. The service clean was fine, but the apartment is probably due for a bit of a "spring clean"

Goldsborough Place Apartments is my favourite place to stay when I'm in Teneriffe. This was my third stay and once again the staff and facilities were on point. From check in the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nestled on the river, the well appointed apartments offer beautiful views from their balconies and are surrounded by local establishments offering a delicious variety of dining and excellent coffee. The Teneriffe ferry terminal is only a short stroll from my apartment and combined with the river walk is an easy and most enjoyable way explore this beautiful part of Brisbane. Once again I have enjoyed another stay at Goldsborough Place and look forward to my next visit.

I really couldn't find fault with anything.

Excellent location, close to bars & restaurants & right on the riverside. Not too far from the City - we walked it a couple of times & also took the CityCat, which is really regular. Free car parking space was a big bonus! Friendly staff let us leave our luggage in reception as we were way too early for checking in. They also allowed us to use the car park long after we had checked out. Very amenable & much appreciated. Had plenty of room in the apartment & all the basics we needed. Pool area was lovely - quiet & clean!

WiFi connection was very weak, & didn't connect at all in the bedroom, but it was free so didn't expect the highest quality. Everything else was fine & we will be likely to return next year

So friendly and accommodating, amazing views and so central.to many forms of public transit. About 3 mins walk from ferry or bus. Very comfy and quiet bedroom even though you an open the patio open to the outside slept really well as the room was so quiet. Very safe feeling area all times of day even for solo woman traveling which was so nice. Really enjoyed my time here and hope to come again!

The only this was the couch wasn't super comfy but it wasn't bad either, and not the most important thing to me by far.

Great location close to supermarket, restaurants and ferry into city

Noticed stains on doo a and underlay when stripping bed.

I love staying here - it's close to my work (well as close as one can be to a working port at Pinkenba), close to good restaurants, groceries and Bunnings (always important in my line of work) and in a part of the city I am familiar with and feel comfortable in. Great amenities, and wonderful staff :)

Lack of time at the unit to actually enjoy it :) Could do with a few basic things like rubbish bags so I can take the rubbish out in between weekly services of the apartment, and another blanket for the bed (it was pretty cold during my stay, even for a Taswegian) as I'm not a fan of using the air conditioner at night as it dries the air out too much. Otherwise, clean, tidy and well kitted out.

Location is fabulous - overlooking the river and close to everything. Left car in carpark for entire weekend and able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Have stayed in this unit previously, but shutters on the balcony have been added which is a bonus for protection from early morning sun/walkers on the boardwalk. Car parking is part of the accommodation costs- an added bonus as paid parking is getting more expensive in the city.

Could only find 1 coffee mug until we realised that the remainder of dishes were still in dishwasher.

Great value for the cost. Hip location and a great Brisbane neighborhood full of super restaurants. Minutes from the water ferry that can take you most anywhere in Brisbane and to all the sites and attractions. Nice porch and balcony with a river view.

Maybe expected a slightly more modern apartment with newer amenities. It was completely fine for our stay and very comfortable with room to spread out. Each apartment is different, and some have more modern decorations and appliances.
