Awesome, such a huge range it suits every dietary preference and desire.

1. Room service for vegans is very disappointing. 2. Drunk obnoxious people in the spa, and the swearing was awful especially in front of kids, a constant & intrusive pester if you're just looking for some relaxing downtime. 3. The green fire light is pretty much directly above the bed, so shines way too bright all night. 4. The breakfast host is like a robot welcoming you & letting you know where everything is, sure she has said the same thing a hundred times but she lets the service level way down when everyone one else is trying their very best.

beautiful ambiance, stunning theme and color throughout, beds super comfortable, rooms lovely and fresh, tv was very cool - kids loved connected the phone through - rain shower was delightful, and most staff were lovely. They were great at communication especially when the fire alarm went off which shut down the elevators - there was a wait for only approx 15 mins and manager was very communicative and reassuring which was great. check out was quick and efficient and could not have been nicer than the gent we had.

cleaners don’t check properly because we found very expensive jewellery in a case just under one of the beds (handed in to front desk),

Room: We stayed with 2 young children. Unlike previous holidays, we found the room to be very child friendly. We didn't have to move things out of the way to ensure our children were safe, or that they would possibly break something. There was enough room for us to have some down time, and for the children to play without feeling cramped up. Pool: The pool was amazing! We spent 2 full days down by the pool with our 3 year old and 5 year old. Even though they are close in age they have different interests. There was something for both of them. Breakfast: We visited the breakfast buffet twice during our stay. It had such a wide variety of food. One of our children is allergic to dairy and he had so many yummy options to enjoy. It was the highlight of his trip to have cake like everybody else! Location and transport: The hotel is very close to the tram systems which made it so easy to move around with two small children.

From the moment we arrived the service was amazing! A welcome tea on arrival(which was delicious). The resort is absolutely prefect! There is no reason to leave, it has everything you need. The food was outstanding - Misono was an amazing experience and delicious, buffet breakfast was amazing and a great variety, the lobby bar with the Brazilian BBQ was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, weekend away with friends - you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful resort, the room beds were comfortable and the bathroom was of a very good size with a tub. The lagoon, pool and slides were the highlight! There are pool noodles and sand toys that anyone could use for free, and also a few variety things to hire. We had dinner at Misono japanese teppanyaki and it was so much fun, and food was fantastic. The Breakfast buffet was also great with plenty of options and friendly staffs.

Staff at check in experience could have provided a better service. I am used to staff giving a brief information about where breakfast will be, the time, and other facilities information. This time, after the check in procedure, I was only given the room card with room number, and sayonara. I had to ask them these questions one by one: Where will breakfast be? Where is the lift? Yes, they didn't even point me to the lift to get to our room =/

The staff were excellent and super responsive. Rarely we had to wait for items, towels and crockery to be brought up to the room. The facilities are fantastic. There is a wash room on level 3 that isnt advertised that has coin operated wahsing machines and dryers. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. They were recently renovated. The bathrooms are spacious and have a walk in shower and separate bath. The hotel pools are great and suitable for families. The lagoon pool is pretty amazing with the tropical fish. Best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Well done JW!

The only criticism I would make is that the restaurant Citrique was a little average and I felt like it was very over priced for both the quality of the dishes/food and service we received when we ate there.

Great room and bathroom size. Comfy beds. Loved the balcony, beautiful views of sea, city and pool’s especially at night. Pool area absolutely beautiful. My mother was unwell during our stay so two days out of the four we were room bound but the staff were so helpful In recommending a doctor and helped out with anything we required. They even waived the breakfast fee for the day we checked out. Much appreciated. No fun getting sick on holiday but the hotel staff made it much more bearable. Room service was great, lovely to sit out on the balcony with my meal and wine.

EVERYTHING! From the moment we entered the hotel, the service was LUXURIOUS! We asked for an upgrade at 10am.. we were given an option for the last floor, a sea view, and a delux suite. By 10.30 am we were in the room... I didn't even have to waiting untill 3pm...the girl at the reception was amazing, kind, given us options... showed us around. When we entered the room, i was amazed and overwhelmed...it was like a penthouse. And the bathroom view.....NO WORDS! It was so spacious!. The pool, spa, lagoon, tennis courts, basketball court, gym, and breakfast options were insane!!!....A CLASS!!!. I am definitely recommending JW Marriott to all my family friends and iam definitely staying there again when i visits GC. 4 days later we went to another hotel and it was so disappointing....we were on the edge to come to JW and ask for a room, hahah

The pool area is the best that we've ever stayed in. Rooms were nice and modern and the food options on offer were really good. This place caters well for kids (we had two 3-5) and they had a ball in the pool area.

The cleaning of the rooms wasn't great and we did mention to front desk that one day our clean was unacceptable but still someone wasn't sent up to clean again. Our TV also suddenly lost some features, a technician came up to fix but wasn't able to fix the problem. The TV stayed the same the rest of our trip.
