Spectrum Holiday Apartments

Superb views.. pictures dont do enough justice. Location is central; a short walk to all the amenities. Very spacious apartment. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Pre-allocated garage parking was very convenient. There was a TV in every room.

Apartment was a bit dated. Shower door was not closing properly. One of the Bed side lamps was not connected. Wifi was not strong enough in the bedrooms. As this is a serviced apartment (more like Airb BnB) and not a hotel, they did not provide any toiletries except couple of soaps and 2 toilet paper rolls. Towels were provided on the first day only but you could get fresh towels for a fee. Our stay was for 3 nights

Location is great, not too far from the restaurants. Very very clean apartment. You can find almost everything you need in the kitchen, but remember to bring your salt and pepper. Bed is comfortable and you can even find 2 types of pillows, one is hard, one is soft. Great view of course, this is something you need for a perfect holiday.

This may be a personal thing only, as there is no blockout curtains in the apartment, the sun is very bright in the morning! Everyday I woke up between 5 to 6am! I am coming to enjoy my holiday, lack of sleep is certainly not enjoyable. If the owner of this apartment can install the blockout curtains/blinds, that will be perfect. And another small note, there is no hair dryer... but it is not too much drama for us.

Good value. Great location, walking distance to Surfer's Paradise, shops and light rail stop (Cypress St). Great sunset view over balcony. Relatively quiet spot despite proximity to SP.

Some of the facilities were a bit old (sofas, drying rack, shower). Water temp can be hard to control when multiple outlets being used concurrently. Parking lot roof was low than our boot door couldn't open up safely.

Beautiful quiet location 10 minutes walk to shops/beach etc. Apartment itself very clean & spacious with modern furnishings. Big balcony with lounge & BBQ overlooking the river. Our kids loved the outdoor pool.

Only disappointment was having to buy our own toilet paper, soap, DW tablets as only supplied for 1 night.

The apartments were amazing, equiped with everything you for a home away from home! And very close spot to so many restaurants, bars and shops!

I didn’t like having to pay an upfront cost of $300 dollars for a prepayment in case of damages as I just feel that it wasn’t necessary. Plus you could only put it on a credit card and it takes up to 7 days to return to your account, which I still haven’t received back.

The location was beautiful on the river and only a short walk to the bustle of Cavil avenue. The apartment was spacious with amazing river views and it was peaceful, yet close to everything. Loved it!

The outdoor pool unfortunately was unavailable due to sail issues from high winds weeks earlier and was being fixed.

The accommodation was absolutely spotless. The balcony had incredible views and was very large. The Kitchen facilities were amazing as was the total apartment. The heated spa was so relaxing and clean. The distance to shopping was very walkable. Also very close to the local diggers club which served wonderful meal and provided fantastic entertainment.

Not a single thing.

Master bedroom could have more pillows for the bed I was surprised that there was no hair dryer as of the family water activities and needed to keep drying hair. And could do with paper towel as we are expecting to clean the facility without products to do so.

plenty of room, great views of river from big balcony. Excellent kitchen, microwave dishes. Pool, heated spa and sauna were excellent. would have loved more time to enjoy facilities but were there for daughters netball carnival. only 10 mins walk to centre of Surfers.

No fan or aircon in main bedroom which was okay end April. Might not be great at height of summer. no shampoo or conditioner but just grabbed some at Woolies 6 mins walk away.

Size of apartment was excellent and bathrooms were really good. Location was excellent.

It was a bit outdated and there was no aircon in the bedrooms - just fans - only one unit in the lounge, which made it quite hot in the apartment.
