The Breakers

The location was great. The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. Bathroom and every corner are clean , thats when I know they clean the place well. Love the fully furnished kitchen and laundry. Wifi ,foxtel and free parking.

The pillows are not good. The bed are not comfortable. Furnitures are a bit tired. I suggest to put a bench and shoe rack beside the door.

Being right next to the beach and waking up to the waves crashing was absolutely magical! Having 3 levels with the kids having their own room with 4 beds right on top of the cabana was absolutely fantastic as well! The facilities in the room - washing machine, dryer, heaps of pots, pans, utensils, awesome oven and showers with amazing water pressure was awesome as well! We even cooked a home made beef roast dinner which was one of the best we've ever had and we cook A LOT of roasts at home! Main living area TV has so many channels with a heap of sports & movies which was fantastic as well! Myself and Mrs fussy managed to find 3 movies to watch together lol! The staff were amazing and every person we came across were very friendly and helpful!

It definitely wasn't clean, with quite a bit of dust around and also the sheets had some stains on them. Some of the pots needed to be cleaned before we used them too. That's it though - everything else was awesome! 😃

Loved our stay here! so easy to check in. Sarah and Lynn were amazing. Pool was heated. Easy access to the beach. Bus stop right at the front or it was about $8 to Uber into surfers. Apartment was spacious, amazing ocean front view. Beds were sooo comfy! Washing machine and dryer. We also had a balcony so enjoyed a few bevvies with the view. Has foxtel. Smart tv so we were able to connect and use chromocast to play music. 2 bathrooms. A nice kitchen that we were able to cook in. Bbq area down by the pool with lots of table space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will def book again! Thankyou from Room 39 xx

We loved the whole place. Location, facilities, comfy beds and great pillows. The pool was beautiful and always clean plus inviting. This is my second time staying and I will definitely be back. Would recommend to anyone going to the GC. Plus the parking is ideal.

It would be great to have some salt and pepper, toilet spray and some more dishwashing liquid. Or at least be notified of what was included with the place (and how much). We are happy to pay for it but would have just planned ahead a bit more if we knew. Maybe also an extra key.

Great location. Had lots of beds which is hard to find, especially for six singles (not couples). Great kitchen and laundry. Staff (Sarah) was VERY helpful and friendly. Pool was great, and access to the beach was excellent.

There was an issue with the internet connection but was rectified very quickly (3 different modems). However the cable/satellite TV didn’t work for our whole stay. The furniture wasn’t arranged very well and made it hard to move around, however we reconfigured it to suit and put it back before we left. A few more kitchen essentials such as salt and pepper would have been nice to be included.

the beachfront location was perfect, and easy walk to cafes and shops. The property was kept immaculate by the staff - a really exceptional standard. The apartment was a good size and had all you need with great sea views. highly recommend.

building noise to the front of the property which is common on the Gold Coast and hard to avoid.

location, close to trams and bus which was easy for us to get into main strip to surfers and to Broadbeach. very family friendly place with no noise especially that it was schoolies week. the pool was great and the beach was right on our doorstep. our kids has an absolute ball,they loved the pool!! highly recommend the breakers for families!

The site of the Cabana - next to pool and the ocean. It was easy to walk to the venues for Blues on Broadbeach. It was very comfortable for myself, my son and three friends. It was quiet and nice to have the breaking of the waves in the background.

White walls on the top floor, as I bumped them a couple of times. No hanging space for wet towels on the top floor. The weather!!!!!!

Location Facilities, very well maintained and looked after. Even though we had partial views of the ocean (mountain facing apartment), the furniture on the balcony and inside the apartment made the most of all views.

The apartment is a bit dated, floor was a tad dusty and unclean but the rest of the apartment was clean. Kitchen needed a few extra cutlery pieces suited for kids (plastic ware).

I enjoyed the location, very close to the beach and everything we needed for our holiday.

the bed on one side sunk down a lot when you put any pressure on it, it was okay though as it was a massive bed and we just slept in the middle.
