Talisman Apartments

Have stayed at Talisman many times. New owners Sarah/Tommy continuing the good work of Wayne/Carolyn. Love the beach views, beach right across the road, air conditioning, good area Broadbeach, easy access to Surfers Paradise just 10 mins up the road, free parking, pool and spa, nice clean apartment, free wi-fi, all the basics

Lifts undergoing renovation so a bit slow at times but overall fine (knew about this before booking). No fitness centre (which we also knew). Across the board since the scamdemic, it seems hard to get good deals on apartments and airfares for holidays in Australia, everything's become a lot more expensive. I hope this settles down eventually

View was amazing. Quiet and relaxing. Access to eateries and shops fantastic. The pool, spa and tennis courts were clean and tidy and always available. Free Wi Fi access. Air conditioners fantastic and full block out curtains helped us sleep well. What a fantastic place to stay. The staff -Wayne- such a pleasant and happy fellow. Can't wait to return.

Great location, right in front of Broadbeach beach. Apartment is spacious and well looked after. The pool is so warm, even in winter. It's a great accommodation for families and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment building is currently undergoing lift maintenance so there's only 1 lift working which causes some delay when going up or down during busy periods. Also there's no tissue box in the room (we had to buy our own), and the toilet paper roll were not refilled (we stayed there for a whole week, and the cleaner only came once but did not restock the toilet paper).

Beautiful view and size of apartment. Staff were welcoming, which was really nice! The location was perfect.

Only one elevator was operating. The couch was a bit grubby. It would’ve been nice if the air-con was turned on prior to entering the room because it was raining on arrival, so it smelled funny and seemed dirty and damp at first. However, after airing the place out and running the air conditioner it completely changed the feel and smell of the room. Also, the blankets need some updating. Aside from these minor things, it is a lovely property.

Went away for my partner's birthday as a surprise. Messaged management and requested a higher floor to be able to show off the Talisman, and the amazing GC views. Management were absolutely phenomenal and were able to accommodate this for us, placing us on the 24th (out of 25) floor. The apartment was immaculate, the views were spectacular and the facilities were spotless. I cannot sing the Talisma's praises enough. Thankyou for a perfect weekend.

Amazing location, stones throw from the beach and a short walk into town for supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The tram stop is a 5 min walk away and it is about 10 mins walk to Pacific Fair and the Casino. The apartment was modern and a great size for the family, great balcony to sit out and take advantage of the amazing beach view

Bring your own toilet paper and towels!.. apartments are not stocked up with the things you would expect and they charge for pool towels so bring your own. Not that clean either!, found food wrappers and rubbish from previous guests under the beds

Wayne & Carolyn, who manage the property, were delightful - amazing customer service and very friendly and welcoming. The view from our apartment could not be beaten. The location is brilliant, so close to the beach and yet an easy distance from all shopping/restaurants. Our particular apartment was beautifully and tastefully renovated. We will absolutely return.

The location is exceptional right on the beach with stunning sea views. Less than 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and a marvelous array of ethnic cuisine. Staff were lovely and helpful. As were the residents a very homely feel about the place. The pool is pristine and heated to a perfect 30 degrees. And don't forget the adjoining spa. We didnt use the BBQ area but wish we had time to do so. Secure parking in the underground carpark. The apartments, of which our group had 4 for the duration of around 4-10 days were comfortable and well appointed. Comfy beds, a good array of plates, glasses and cutlery. Looking forward already to the day we get to go back.

It seems so trivial, but the wine glasses were "misty" needing a good clean. Perhaps a little more generosity with the dishwasher cleaner would see a better result.

The location was great, the view was amazing. Comfy beds, nice pool area.

Kitchen appliances, glasses, cutlery, utensils definitely need an upgrade, rusty and stained. First time I’ve ever not had shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. No face-washers either. This is just some feedback, it didn’t impact on our stay at all as we were so impressed with the view and everything else on offer.

Great location, just yards from the beach, and easy walking distance from shops, restaurants. Nice pool and jacuzzi to unwind in. Good parking facilities. Wonderful views of the sea, mountains and town.

It was all fine. There were renovations going on but apart from only one lift working, which was a minor inconvenience, we hardly noticed this, and we had been fully informed about this before arrival.
