Beachside Motor Inn

We stayed in the 2 bedroom family apartment which was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Accommodation along the esplanade at Hervey Bay can be very noisy at night due to traffic noise, however the Beachside Motor Inn is well located in a quieter location. Check-in and check-out was very quick, parking within the hotel grounds was easy.

There was no powerpoint within reach to plug in the second bedside light in the main bedroom (room 14), a short extension cord would solve this problem!

The lady who greeted me at reception was absolutely lovely. Gave me a great vibe straight away and I could tell that she was happy to help with anything we may have needed. The unit was spotless, modern and comfortable. Air con in living area and bedrooms. We were very impressed with it actually, we don’t have anything negative to say about our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks!

Lovely room with a great sofa and good sized bathroom in nice location right opposite the beach. We like the location as it was a little quieter than other end of beach and still some nice eateries within walking distance. The gentleman who checked us in gave us fab advice about a whale watching cruise. Best one we’ve ever done!

Mattress was a little too firm for us and felt like we’d roll off edge. Otherwise everything was good!

Great staff, couldn't speak more highly of how they added to the experience of our stay. Very knowledgeable about the area, happy to help with anything they could and kind and courteous. I'd happily stay here again in future.

No issues to raise the rooms were very much up to the standard of the pricing, location was convenient. No major issues.

Spacious motel unit with kitchenette. Close to beach, shops, restaurants and RSL.

The walls between the units weren't soundproof. So I could hear talking and televisions in adjoining rooms.

Location, cleanliness, friendly management and staff, made us feel right at home. Location right across from beach on one side and shopping centre on the other,short walk to local restaurants.

Nothing , liked everything.

Very nice clean motel, simple from the outside but a great shower, bed and layout. Roomy. WE only stayed one night but was a good spot in the middle of the fun of Hervey Bay. Not on the water, but the bush beach is very close.

Nothing that I remember.

The owner/manager offered and then did drive me to meet my grandchild at a special event…the reason I had made the trip. It wasn’t a great distance to the meeting venue, but being unfamiliar with the area it was one less thing to think about. Well done to the thoughtfulness of the manager. I will recommend this accommodation to others.

I was there only overnight but didn’t find anything negative at all.

That it had two bedrooms. Close to the beach and the shops. Added security with an extra entry door downstairs leading up to our room. Quiet area.

The floor was not really clean and there were little bits and pieces found under the bed by my one year old.

It was very comfortable for 3 singles travelling together. Close to the beach.

The veranda didn't have a view of the beach/water. But we were only there for one night, (at two separate times) so it didn't matter so much.
