Pittsworth Motor Inn

I honestly couldn't fault Pittsworth Motor Inn on anything. The staff, facilities, and accomodation was excellent. My 8yo granddaughter was with me and she has Coeliac Disease and a number of other food allergies. The staff at Reception and in the Restaurant went above and beyond in ensuring that healthy, delicious meals were available for her. Pittsworth Motor Inn was an unexpectedly delightful and fabulous find. If I'm ever travelling inland again, I will most certainly stay here again - this time for a few days rather than just overnight as the whole experience was top quality.

There is nothing that I didn't like about Pittsworth Motor Inn. Everything was amazing.

The room size was very good.

We did not get breakfast as they don't open early enough. The night we arrived we had dinner there and the food was average yet overpriced. Worse was the fact there was sugar in the salt containers so when we sprinkled the so called salt onto our meal and destroyed them with sugar they simply said sorry yet our meals were already very average and now they were horrible due to incompetence. There were ants in our room on the carpet and out daughter got bitten and was in serious pain. I went to reception no one would answer even when I rang the bell numerous times. All I wanted was an ice pack for my daughters ant bite.

Very comfortable and small dining table very handy. Roomy bathroom with plenty of products. Good lights throughout the room. Plenty of hanging space and place for a suitcase.

Forgot to share when checking out. More cutlery would be appreciated. Having the toaster and microwave is great but no knife or fork or big spoon a little challenging.

Nice location. Undercover parking right at your front door. Spacious, tidy, and quiet rooms. Table to sit at and essential appliances provided.

Shower water pressure and temperature were lacking. A second sink in the kitchenette area would have been very handy too.

Rooms were clean. Had everything we needed. Staff at reception were lovely. Bed was comfy. We parked in a different parking spot cause of the height of my 4wd (just in case I hit the roof racks) and no one asked us to move into the correct parking space which was lovely. The outside areas were spotless too. Lovely.

Water smelt a bit like chlorine.

Room was good, but had trouble using spa as we couldn’t fill it using bath taps, had to let the shower fill the tub and a ceiling fan would have been very useful. Breakfast was good, let down only but no mushrooms on the menus.

Comfortable bed and nicely furnished room.

Our unit was modern, clean and well appointed. We appreciated the motel having a restaurant and small bar area on the premises. The meals were reasonably priced and our steak meals were very good - steak was so tender. The motel had items we needed for catering our own breakfast - kettle, toaster and microwave. We were pleased that our unit was divided into bedroom and a small lounge with kitchenette. We enjoyed our stay. Parking was convenient also being straight outside our room.

All the staff were very friendly. Was a large and very clean. Was in a fantastic location.

There was only 2 coffee cups and a spoon no other plates or cutlery. Was also a little disappointed that we only got one free milk and everything else had to be paid for even know we stayed 2 nights.

Close to family’s home and the city.

It was a shame that the room wasn’t serviced during the two nights we stayed there. We must have misunderstood the motel guide which said it was done daily.

More cutlery. Knives to butter toast The menu didn’t mention Roast special which I read about online. We ordered it & it was great.
