roomz Vienna Prater

The room was modern, new furniture and equipment. The breakfast was good, in a large enough restaurant. It's very close to Praterstern, a busy public transportation station. The room was quiet, I didn't hear any unwanted noise from anywhere.

The room had the bed on a storey with a pretty steep staircase. It was not comfortable, and borderline unsafe, especially in the morning. They could've easily made it bigger, longer, and one could've even reached in to shelves behind it. The tap in the bathroom was funny, I guess they wanted to conserve water, but the only thing they achieved was me running it longer to make it useful... The shower took half a minute to get warm as well...

Location is amazing! Very quiet neighbourhood and the metro station is only a 5-minute walk away. There are also several grocery stores close by. All the reception staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I was able to leave my suitcase at the hotel even after checking out so I could explore the city with more ease. Definitely recommend!

It is quite pricey and they could at least leave a little sweet on your bed pillow or something for an even warmer welcome since the prices are so high. I also had to wait for about 30 minutes to check-in although I arrived after 2pm.

The hotel was easy to reach by foot from the subway station "Praterstern", which is part of the U1 and therefore makes reaching the center very easy using the subway. The Wiener Prater also is in walkable distance from the hotel. The design of the room and the entrance area was very pretty and welcoming. The room price was super affordable and reasonable. Overall I can very much recommend this hotel to everyone looking to stay in Vienna

The very only thing I noticed that wasn't ideal was the low water pressure in the bathroom sink.

Rude staff at the reception desk - very unpleasant lady demanded that we have to pay 15€ for the breakfast even though it was noted that we didn’t ask for breakfast during our stay. While I was explaining that I will not pay for it, she ignored me and didn’t even look my way. She was mad because I refused to pay for it. Unbelievable.

the system wasn’t the most efficient at the check in (we had to do everything, it would have been easier and quicker, if the recepcionist did it for us), but the recepcionist was kind and helpful. we were not happy that the cleaning staff woke us up around 8:30 am because of the noisy vacuuming of the hallway (the walls are a bit too thin)

quiet far away from the city centre we had an early check out (before breakfast time) and girl on reception told us that it is not possible to have our breakfast take away which other hotels provide without problems. moreover, when we was making a check out, there was another couple checking out at the same time and they got their breakfast! pretty unfaithful and destroyed the nice feeling of our stay

Location, heated bathroom floor, nice interior design.

The parking is impossible to find without instructions. We had to park outside, walk up to the reception to get direction and instruction (both not trivial), then go back to the car, drive for several minutes (the adjacent streets are no entry / one way), then park. I would expect parking instructions to be part of the welcoming message in the app. The heated bathroom floor was too hot with no option to regulate the heat.

- Light in the toilet was not working properly, it was only blinking. - The safe in the room had "Low battery" warning - Ventilation system is very noisy - Cleaning staff immediately enters the room after 2 knocks on the door, without waiting for your response, there are no labels available to put on the door handle to indicate that you do not want to be disturbed.

. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is very quiet. The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet area, walking distance to restaurants, the Prater and subway, which makes it very easy to commute around Vienna and to / from the airport. We had a very nice stay 😃

The roomz are located in the campus area. Close to underground station which is very good. Parking was little difficult to find and pricey. Room was very clean, quite, comfortable. For a short stay absolutely convenient. Breakfast was very good and healthy, staff really friendly and helpful.

We booked a stay as a family with baby less than one year old, but there was normal bed for adult prepared in the room. I didn’t need the baby cot anyway, but it might be necessary for some families for sure .
