ibis budget Antwerpen Centraal Station

The room was colourful which surprised me and i loved it because most hotels are grey and brown and sad. It wasnt too crazy for it to be a room and it felt safe around the block. Perfect location.

The bed wasnt comfortable. It was hot every night so we opened the window but they only let us open only like 10 cm which was nothing to us, there was the air conditioning but it wasnt working. I understand its for safety the window but either let us have the air conditioning or the window open. Although we picked one room for 3 persons but a little more privacy in the shower that would have been great.

I like the price and the location! The front desk girl from chile was really kind and helpfull. I like the fact that the toilet/shower/sink were not in the bathroom so was easier to get ready

I didn’t like that 1st, the room was too hot and u cant open the window. Its missing some hooks around the room to at least hang the towels some clothes. The shower door has 3 big transparent wholes so you can easily see the people taking a shower… like why???

I was staying for only one night but wanted a “no frills” room that was functional & clean. It ticked those boxes and was located centrally. Breakfast was better than expected and the staff were all helpful & friendly. In addition, for a small fee I was able to leave my luggage with them while I explored the city. Good choice 👍

The only minor downside was disturbance during the night when a few guests returned to their rooms. This is not the fault of the hotel but more the selfish nature of those guests.

For an affordable price, the room is wonderful. Very comfortable beds and location. Own bathroom and toilet. Big room. There is a place to put a suitcase / backpack and all your belongings. The temperature in the room is very comfortable. Very pleasant staff. The room itself is very clean, there are two elevators. All floors have all the necessary signs. This Hotel exceeded all expectations! Very satisfied. My rating is 100/10)

I did not find any cons. Only pluses! All liked it!!

Convenient location near railway station and bus stops, good breakfast, comfortable bed, everything adequate. Friendly and efficient receptionists day and night.

On my second day the room was not serviced. The cleaning lady said I had my do not disturb sign on but I'm sure had removed that both times I went out. I explained this to the receptionist who admitted that this was a mistake. I suppose there's not enough cleaning staff to keep an eye on the do not disturb signs on all 6 floors all the time so they're not to blame but the management should hire more people.

Efficient service, a room and good shower of your own in a quiet corner of the city centre (ridiculously convenient for the station) at a very good price, particularly helpful travelling with 9 crew.

There's no escaping from the fact that the lack of carpeting and soft furnishings is depressing, however good the value. The foam matress topper tends to make you sweat which, combined with work stress, led to very little sleep.

The room was clean and had everything I needed for one night. You could hear some noises from the corridor but it wasn't too loud. The staff was friendly and the location was good - very close from thr central station and there is a supermarket right next to the hotel.

The pilows had stains on them - they were probably washed, and the stains were permanent but still. Other than that I have no comments. Everyhting in the room was very plain and simple but it was comfortable and it had everything I needed.

This was a quick 1-night stay so we didn't do much other than sleep. It was simple and easy being nearby the central train station. It was surprisingly quiet in the area. We had the window open (no air conditioning) and the city noise wasn't a bother at all.

A weird design, it felt like staying in a pediatricians office. There was a zoo animal theme in the room with vinyl decals on the wall which didn't make much sense.

The location was very good. It is easy to access and you can go to every direction you want. You can also walk from there to see the city, as it is very central. The breakfast was okay, but the good thing is the duration of it. The staff was very kind to us and explained everything. We also got a tip for the breakfast hour, as at the time we stayed there, also some groups were staying there. It very convenient that a Lidl store is directly under the hotel!

The comfort of the bed was amazing! I felt like rested so good. Super functional and clean room. Amazing quality for this price! So close to everything. Just next to the train sitation and the centre.

The windows were not that good. You can hear the outside. It is good to be in the center. But if somebody passes by and talks loudly on the street u can hear it.. Our room was looking at the street. So maybe it can be better on the back side.
