The girl on the reception was very very kind 🍀 Great location. Very nice room, with the view on the city.

It wasn’t very clean. The bathroom also. :(

The location and decor is great and the staff was lovely!

The room was not completely cleaned, the bathroom and bedlinnens were, but my glass had a lipstick smudge on it, and the desk and nightstanddrawers were a bit grimey. My door also wouldn’t close properly and in the restaurant you aren’t able to pay by card. There is no elevator to the rooms, however staff were lovely enough to help out with the luggage.

The view was amazing and the staff really nice! I had a good rest in the room and it was quite. round the hotel were bars and possibilities to go for a quick snack.

It was just confusing where the lobby is. You have to get in and take the elevator to the 9th floor. So some better directions would be nice in the ground floor. But some people entering the building were very nice and explained to me.

The room was larger than expected since it included a small living room with a fridge. The view from the room is breathtaking. Sarajevo is a beautiful towns and this hotel allows you to see it from above. The staff was also very friendly mainly the young lady who was there during the afternoons and who remembers the names of their customers. She was of excellent advice.

The bathroom was not totally clean. There were hairs in the shower bassins and in the sink. Otherwise, the room (bed and living room) was clean.

Fabulous location, right in heart of city, close to the main catherdral. Very freindly and helpful staff - faultless. The café terrace at reception level boasts some of the best views in town. Will be staying here again as I bring English tourists to Sarajevo twice each year.

Lack of shelve space in bathrooms - toothpastes, tooth brushes, hand washes etc keep falling into sink.

Hotel is in very good location, city center and we could reach everything by foot. Amazing view from rooms and restaurant. Spacious rooms and there is a kettle with gratis coffes and teas in each room. A big plus. Also cafe bar has a terrace so we were sitting outside and enjoying in the view. Breakfast was good, fresh meals and coffee were served. Staff very helpful.

Hecco de Luxe Love it! Love it! Love it! Third time staying here, and I cannot conceive staying anywhere else in this beautiful city. Fantastic location overlooking Ferhadija. Room 103-eastward facing with a covered balcony cannot be bettered if you are a single traveller. The staff are friendly and helpful. I cannot conceive of staying anywhere else during my next visit, even if I were paid to stay elsewhere!

Ideal stop for a late-night arrival in Sarajevo. The property was very accommodating of a late check-in, and the young lady at reception in the morning was very friendly. Comfortable bed, quiet considering its location on the busy Ferhadija street, and the view from the room and the terraced cafe is fantastic.

Awesome view. I’ve started to wake up earlier just to see it. The toilet also has french windows. Very hospitable stuff at the reception. Will definitely return here next time. Good internet connection. Excellent location.

No alcohol at the bar. But anyway there are plenty of places around the corner.

The staff were brilliant, really helpful, responsive and went the extra mile. I had one of the rooms with a terrace, and the view was lovely. It was also rather spacious!

The aircon couldn't quite mitigate against the 38 degree temperatures, but made a good attempt, so the room was a bit warm at night. I suspect this is not an issue at any other point in the year!
