Breakfast offer was excellent. Room was cozy, it had all you need for a few days' stay. Pool and spa are great option to relax after a business or sight-seeing day. The staff was very helpful - I got extra pillows in matter of minutes, got great recommendation for dinner & drinks places near the hotel. Rooftop bar was a great experience, once the fog cleared out.

They don't serve alcohol anywhere on the hotel premises, not even in rooftop bar. Non-alcoholic mocktails are served only in the bar downstairs - at least they should serve them up above too.

Staff are very friendly breakfast is good bed is comfortable the restaurant on the last floor is SUPER NICE location is good if your here for work and have a car small shopping mall 5 min walk they mentioned that the spa was open and fitness center but i did not have enough time to visit

It’s a very stylish comfortable hotel, I just loved its design, we wanted to prolong our stay but it was fully booked.

We came for breakfast just about 5 minutes after it was finished (it’s until 10am) and almost everything was cleared and put away very quickly so I started asking the waiters if we could have more breakfast and twice got "no it's done", gladly their chef, a very nice lady heard I almost got pissed, came up to me and asked if we wanted an omelet or something, I agreed so finally we got a delicious omelet and a big plate with fruits and some snacks. I really appreciated her willingness to help us feel better.

The staff were friendly (particularly the breakfast staff!). The rooms were exceptionally clean and very nicely furnished. I particularly like the traditional style čilim carpet and the room numbers — it’s great to see local influences in design.

Nothing in particular. The only thing to note is that the hotel is a distance from the old centre of Sarajevo so you will need to drive into town or grab a cab.

Everyting was perfect, special thanks to Zorana,Adam,Anel! Very comptable and clean they have very panaromik restaurant on the top floor 15th floor,. When i back to Bosniaherzigova i will stay İBİS STYLE SAREJEVO!

super friendly staff from the reception to cleaning to restaurant. and special thanks to Mr. Adam who offered us free upgrade although we we were ready to pay and also early check-in. the design of the hotel is stress relieving (if I can put it this way) with colors and open areas. breakfast was OK location is OK. there is a small mall walking distance from the hotel. free and big parking was a big OK. WiFi was OK. Gas station is within the Hotel property!

Excellent staff, guys at the front desk are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Superb facilities. The rooms are nice and cozy. The fact we really want to come back speaks more than anything I could write here.

Not related to the hotel at all but mind that the tram lines are undergoing renovation. You are going to need your car or taxi to reach the city center.

Hotel is outside city center, with free parking, spa/gym, cake bar on ground level and a cafe bar on 15th (last) floor/level. Hotel does not serve alcohol for those who intend to drink at late night and breakfast is Halal (chicken-beef, vege, etc.). Rate of price and what you get for it in this hotel is great considering that in city center you have some hotels that are with higher price and have decoration and furniture from 20-30 years ago. As a business traveler this hotel is recommended.

Loved the snowboard swings in lobby, great decor, massage was wonderful, breakfast had so many options, food from bar on 15th floor was good, everything was good

the first night we couldn't figure out how to close the panels at the window so the light kept us up but this is our human error, we figured it out the second night but didn't need them because of the smog! Again, not hotel fault, but be aware that the smog in Sarajevo can be crazy so if you have asthma, bring your inhaler!

Very good breakfast, a large selection of fruit, dishes and everything. Nice reception with swings. large parking lot. There is also a bar on the top floor where it is nice to meet you, but only until 11pm

Location away from the center. There is nothing in the neighborhood. High hotel occupancy and the service probably does not make cleaning. We had two rooms. One was untidy
