Residence Inn by Marriott Sarajevo

First of all, every single staff member were extremely polite and helpful. I loved the coffee machine idea, which is an area with a 24 hour coffee machine, with tea bags and coffee packets. My husband and I are coffee addicts, so that was extremely convenient for us. The rooms are pretty big. The shower and the bathroom was also a great size. The room came with a small kitchen, that even has a dishwasher. The breakfast was pretty decent. I will definitely stay here again, and if anyone I know wants a hotel suggestion in Saravejo, I will definitely suggest this hotel. Also for those wondering, the bathroom does not have a sattaf (hose) but it does have a bidet in it which is also helpful.

This is just a suggestion: since the showers are pretty big, it would be even better if the shower head was bigger. It was honestly very small for such a big shower. Also, the only problem I had with the breakfast was there wasn’t any Halal options when it came to the coldcuts, and that they put the vegetable option in the same container where the meats are. My suggestion is for you guys to at least put for example the spinach in a separate dish, and not with the hotdogs.

The hotel's location was fantastic, conveniently situated near the charming old sections of the town. The room itself was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfasts served were also enjoyable, offering a decent selection of options. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, even approving my request for a later check-out time.

I couldn't find anything to dislike about the hotel. However, if I had to nitpick, the only minor observation I can recall is that there were only wine glasses provided in the room, which struck me as slightly peculiar.

Staff is very kind, friendly, available for every question you have. Everything is clean, room is spacious, bed is very comfort. Location is great, on walk distance from center and all city sighting.

Dinning room is very small for capacitate of guest, that have been in hotel in that moment. There seems was some options for breakfast, but in moment when we wanted to have a breakfast, plates was in many ways empty. Recommendations for hotel to improve a quality of breakfast, space intended for having a breakfast and take more care of quantity of food in any moment available to guests.

The rooms are occupied with almost everything required in a business trip. Ironing equipment, microwave oven for fast heating, high quality fridge, even the dishwasher. They are more like a furnished flat than a simple hotel room. The people working in the hotel are quite helpful and are pretty welcoming.

The pillows and the bed drawsheet are made from leather material. Unfortunately, this negatively affects the sleeping comfort due to extensive sweating during sleep. I would definitely recommend them to remove the leather material from the bedding.

Nice breakfast with a variety of food. They also have included lactose free products which I founded useful due to my diary regime. Staff is very welcoming and have a smile on their face all the time. I traveled with my little dog and the hotel had foreseen two pots for food and water as well as 2 toys for my dog which surprised me a lot. :) The rooms are with light, very clean and smelling nice. The hotel is located in a quiet area and is just 10 min walk from Bas Carsija. There is small market in the corner which is working till late for those that need to buy something, but also the hotel is having a small area close to the reception where you can buy some drinks/chips etc.

We liked almost everything, including friendly personnel, very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and second toilet, in close distance to all essential sights of Sarajevo. An option with arranged transportation turned out to be a real bonus. Our special thanks go to the driver who timely picked up us from the airport. We felt secure in this very quiet place and look forward to return here in the future.

The hotel is very good for 4 stars by Marriott, I think. The personal is very smiled and kind. The breakfast is testy. I believe if you need something more, you can just ask at the reception desk and you will get it :-) We liked this hotel and we recommend it.

The sofa, which was used like a bed for our child, is made from eco-leather, that is why they could put on it something more, than just a sheet. It was not comfortable to sleep on it, it was hot.

- Room cleanness and frequent housekeeping. - Hotel staff and are helpful. - Exceptional breakfast. - Kids playground. - Close to the center.

- Limited parking spaces and is payed (15 euros a day) - The restaurant area is very small and gets crowded easily.

Really nice place. The room was a good size with a kitchenette which had everything you need to cook and eat (except condiments!) The staff are really nice and helpful. It is directly opposite the National Theatre which is on the other side of the river and five minutes walk from the synagogue which is on the same street. I will definitely stay here again. Breakfast is good. There is no restaurant though if you want that.

The only slightly annoying thing was the really big TV in the room blocking the view and even some light. Today, when you can watch everything online anyway, I am not sure why hotels need TVs or anyway not such big ones!
