Blackstone Mountain Lodge by CLIQUE

Loved the free room upgrade to a gorgeous 2bdrm suite!!! Thank you Blackstone! ❤️ The room was immaculate, cozy, had all the comforts of home with a full kitchen and full sized washer & dryer to use if we needed them. We were only there 1 night but could have happily enjoyed a week. Beds are firm and comfy. Love having the bathrobes and slippers for going down to the hot tubs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you for the recommendation for breakfast! I also loved the comfy chair with footstool in front of the fireplace. Soft, felt-like fabric was cozy. Just missing a cozy blanket!

No continental breakfast included, though we appreciated the recommendation from the young lady at the front desk. A cozy blanket (not off the bed) would be the perfect touch for curling up in front of the fireplace.

On checking-in we were told that we had been upgraded. We were really surprised on seeing our suite - it was fantastic. Huge! This two bedroom (each with a television) apartment, had two bathrooms, a full service kitchen, dining area, family area with huge television and a fireplace for ambience. We even had a private balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub. Let the photographs tell the story. The private underground parking lot was a bonus.

Unfortunately the lodge does not have a restaurant - that would have been icing on the cake. Having said that we did discover a fabulous pub (NO televisions - yeh!). The 'Georgetown Inn' on Bow Valley Trail, has a great menu. I loved the steak and Guinness pie, whilst my wife really enjoyed the 'stuffed with steak', Yorkshire pudding.

We were checked in by Bex who was warm and friendly, welcoming and accommodating. She gave us a room upgrade due to this being our anniversary which made it an even more special stay. King room suite was spacious and clean, and if you are lucky enough to get room 405, it’s got some great views from the terrace/balcony. Underground, indoor, private parking (each guest gets a keypad code) was an excellent amenity, too. I wish we were able to stay longer! Would highly recommend a stay here and we will be back!

This is unusual accommodation, in that it looks like a hotel but we actually had a 2-bedroom flat in the hotel, with well-equipped kitchen and living area. There was plenty of storage space and a pleasant under cover balcony outside. The pool was fine, as were the 2 jacuzzis and towels etc were well organized and good. We had convenient underground parking, and reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

I think we had been expecting a more rural location, only to find the accommodation was in a suburban street of similar properties. However, all was very pleasant and conveient for shops, motorway etc, and so no compaints. On arrival, the pools were wonderfully warm, but a heating malfunction made them a bit chillier the next 2 days, but still very pleasant after a long day sightseeing.

The location and the views are simply amazing. We have stayed at this property before and that is the reason we booked this again. Loves the views from our balcony and the rooms. Very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The most comfortable beds and pillows for a goodnight rest. Parking was great. The pool and the hot tub area was wonderful. The staff were all very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Love this property and the condos here.

Beautiful property, the suite we stayed in was perfect size for our family and we really enjoyed the pool. A nice walk to town centre.

sufficient bedding for the hide-a-bed was not provided, I had to ask for extra blankets. Cleaning staff knocked on the door the second day early asking if we needed a hospitality check? never heard that before. we had to ask for extra TP. they didn’t enter the room later that day to tidy or empty garbages.

The bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bedrooms were large with views from every window. They had blackout drapes to keep unwanted light and noise out. The kitchen was organized and efficient with new appliances. The pool area was great surrounded by rock walls. We enjoyed the hot spa tubs with low lights for ambiance at night. There was locked entry, excellent change rooms and showers with plenty of towels. We used the housecoats supplied in our rooms.

We enjoyed everything about this accommodation with no complaints.

The suite had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Comfortable bed for our honeymoon, We moved the small dining table to the other side of the living room; in front of the window - which made dining lovely.

The bathroom was small with a very high tub - would have liked a handheld shower head. The toilet paper and the paper towels were extremely cheap and neither were capable of performing adequately. I was very surprised that at a lovely resort that this functional detail was lacking.

Oh my gosh. This is the best hotel Ive been. The facilities and room. It is quite expensive but it is worth. Underground parking is great. The 2bedroom suite is excellent. The two bathrooms were great. Everything. My niece and sister loved the pool and the hot tubs. If only we could’ve stayed a little longer. I am not expecting. I was quite disappointed as they can’t changed my room to a connecting one. But still, it was orgasmic.

No free breakfast. But, if I will stay there for longer period in a two bedroom suite- it wont matter. If only they could provide more kitchen utensils. I am not aware if they offer spa/massages. But if given another time to visit Canmore- I will go back to this hotel.

We loved everything about Blackstone! Ruby at reception was a huge help, gave us great tips for restaurants and was super helpful with everything. The beds were super comfy and the room had a great view with plenty of space. We will definitely be staying here again if we ever come back.
