Times Square Suites Hotel

We had the absolute best stay right from the second we spotted the building. We were helped inside by one of the front desk workers, he didn't hesitate to help us immediately. We were arriving very early and they were eagerly waiting to check us in and even offer us an upgrade because of our special circumstances. The room was amazing, the cleanest hotel we've been in. The room had absolutely everything you could imagine, the kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need, even a pie plate!! It was the cutest place and so welcoming. We have no complaints, the location was amazing, right near brekka bakery which is open 24 hours, I highly recommend going there for late night treat hauls then store it in your hotel rooms big fridge!!! Seriously this place was the greatest, it felt straight out of gilmore girls, It definitely gave off stars hollow vibes (iykyk) but with all the bright lights and fast pace of vancouver right outside the door. We felt so at home inside our little apartment style layout. The staff were amazing. This place was amazing. We only stayed 3 nights but it was the most memorable time. The hotel even offers a roof top patio that is totally covered over head so you can sit out and enjoy the rain, or any kind of beautiful weather. You'll be surrounded by plants that are so well taken care of. You can bbq, or just sit and enjoy some company. Being up there and enjoying the view was definitely a highlight. We usually stay at the sandman on davies when we come, and yes the view they offer is amazing, but no service they've offered will ever top the service offered at the time square hotel. This hotel is friendly, welcoming, and they just really care and they go above and beyond to show it. Also again, I want to highlight how clean it was, there will be no worries for you if you stay at this hotel. ALSO, THE BEDS WERE SO COMFORTABLE, EVEN THE SOFABED WAS GREAT!!! Highly highly highlyyyyy recommend

I only stayed 3 days!!! THAT SUCKED. wish it could of been so much longer!!!

I was expecting it to be noisy because we were at an intersection, and faced a main street. Had no trouble sleeping at night, area totally quieted down in the evening. Loved being close walking distance to Stanley Park.

Super clean, secure, and a full kitchen!

Large comfortable apartment in an excellent location close to Stanley Park and the waterfront. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The weather was hot and the apartment was cool with fans and air conditioning. Staff were brilliant so friendly, accommodating and genuinely cared to help.

The location within the city means it is busy so there is noise, there are earplugs provided. We found the air conditioning drowned it out and it wasn’t a huge issue for us. The pros well outweighed this and I would highly recommend. However a factor to consider if you are a light sleeper.

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had 2 adjoining apartments which worked perfectly for our 5 person group (2 parents, 2 teenagers, elderly grandma). Desk staff were super helpful when we had a very minor emergency and were instrumental in helping us resolve the problem. Lovely deck. I couldn't have been happier with the apartment. Tons of dining options all around, and across the street from a Safeway grocery store. Very easy cab drive to the port for cruises or ship watching. A few blocks away from some great jogging routes. Would definitely stay again!

The neighborhood was vibrant and close to some of our favorite Vancouver highlights  - Stanley Park, English Bay, Bill Reid Gallery and bike rentals.  We enjoyed having the extra space in the suites and were happy to 'stay in' to watch the basketball playoffs with takeout from a nearby restaurant.  Having both Safeway and Whole Foods so close made it easy to pick up a few items and even a pharmacy item that we didn't anticipate before we left home.We found everything we needed in our room  except for paper towels, they would have been helpful.  Great having indoor parking available.Our favorite restaurant in town ended up being directly underneath TSS hotel - Tavola.   From start to finish, our 4 nights were perfect.

Stayed here mid September 2023 for 3 nights. Great sized suite. Kitchen and seating area. We'll equipped kitchen as well as a washing machine and dryer. Separate bedroom with super king sized bed. Separate en suite bathroom with bath and shower. TVs in bedroom and sitting area. Rooftop patio area with barbecues for guests to use. Staff were friendly and efficient. Great location for Stanley Park. Hard to get ideal location in Vancouver as sites are well spread. Nice leafy neighbourhood with good selection of cafes and restaurants nearby and a large supermarket over the road

Nothing to not like!

Amazing location, close to the parks, city, waterfront , opposite an IGA and just down the road is a Whole Foods market. Also a lovely walk through the leafy, quiet streets down to tennis courts and a walking track into Stanley Park. The room had all the facilities we wished for and was really quiet (windows shut) given the street outside. The front desk staff, particularly Rob and Clint, were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. They organised an extra night for us and helped us confirm other bookings in USA. Would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay.

The only downside for us was that the lounge room and den bedroom got hot and stuffy in the evenings - we were staying in hot weather. The main bedroom had air con which helped keep things cool in the day, but obviously the door was closed at night. There was a fan provided for the den which helped at night.

The suite was much larger than expected, although it is the smallest one in the building. Plenty of room for two: a nice dining area (that can seat four) so we had friends over for dinner. There was nothing missing, at all: Toiletries, plently of towels, a full kitchen! The washer and dryer came in handy (with one free washing tab provided already) as we travelled light. It was such a lovely, cosy place with a great reading spot by the fireplace that at times it was hard to motivate myself to get out and see the city. The location is excellent, right downtown, walking distance to shopping, the Vancouver Art Gallery and many other attractions. It also has a roof top patio with comfy seats and barbecues. It was a bit too cold for us in April to use this, but I can imagine it would be lovely in the summer. We will certainly stay there again:)

Was great we found an apartment with double & twin room adjourning doors for our family where our children are young adults. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you need. The neighbourhood was nice and the location excellent to hire bikes and cycle round Stanley Park, which we all enjoyed. Also not too far to walk to the shops or Canada place. There are a few coffee shops and restaurants nearby too. The staff were really friendly. Great the apartments have their own car park underneath.

The aircon in the bedrooms was a bit noisy, however the property provided earplugs and they worked really well
