Breakfast and the staff preparing same. The girls are so friendly, caring and willing to advise of places to visit or eat. Jane at check-in is such an amazing, friendly part of your hotel. We keep returning a couple of times a year because of these people.

Us women come to enjoy our friendship, go out to dinner and do some shopping in the Barrie area. One thing that is a disappointment is the lack of seating out front. This time we actually tailgated on one of the girls vehicles. There is one "smoking" bench. I think another couple of benches or picnic tables should be added for the guests to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings.

This is our second time staying here. The rooms are large, comfy, and clean. The staff is lovely and we love the pool and breakfast!

The only complaint I have is that the eggs were labeled “veggie omelet - no meat” and mine had ham in it. Thankfully I noticed before I took a bite but I would have been very upset had I eaten it. I don’t eat pork for my own personal reasons, but I imagine that someone who refrains from eating pork for religious reasons would have been even more upset by this. Just something to beware of, but the staff was helpful in ensuring I got a veggie omelet without the meat.

The room was huge, quiet, and clean. I felt very comfortable during my stay. The breakfast was solid and kept me full until a very late lunch. All the staff, but especially Autumn, Lucas, and especially Mark were very helpful.

They had problems processing my credit card, and I kept receiving email notices from booking.com stating that my card was invalid and I might lose my reservation. I received such an email even after I'd checked out the next day. The problem was 100% at their end, and I should never have been troubled in this manner. They also double-charged me for my room at first, but this was rectified as soon as I arrived.

We came for two nights two weeks in a row to ski. Everything was great. Check in and check out process was easy and fast. WiFi was great. Room ventilation system better than most. Coffee in the lobby, bottled water available at front desk. We needed a later checkout both visits because we were skiing in the am and driving home to the US in the pm and they were able to accommodate us both times. Room and entire facility was clean. All staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of different selections and there was plenty for everyone. Pool and hot tub were in great condition. Close to downtown. There was a fire alarm during our second visit about 4 am (ugh). Luckily it wasn't a fire but a hot water line or tank flooded the basement. No hot water the next morning but it was fixed by the afternoon. Some compensation was offered. We didn't bother with the compensation as we didn't take showers until after skiing and we preferred the late checkout.

Stayed last family day long weekend we had an amazing breakfast we did not mind the 10 mins wait to get a table 😉 swimming pool was warm enough room was big..very happy with our room with city view..one thing we didn't like was when we get back in our hotel room after breakfast room was open and all our important belongings was inside even though nothing was stolen but house keeping shouldn't do that or when she find out we don't check out yet since it's only 9am she should have lock the door back

It would be better if houseking will confirm front desk if the guest already check out before trying to open the door and leave it open like she wasn't ther..I complained in the front desk and said that's not good at all and sorry to hear that

Was good value for the quality. Staff were friendly, good little store of snacks/essentials, room service each day. Breakfast was a very nice surprise. Coffee, juice, waffles, oatmeal, home fries, sausage patties, omelettes, muffins, yogurt, break, bagels, etc. Big spread. Not a too far drive from malls and many restaurants. I was not a fan of the bed comforter, but otherwise good stay.

I was not a fan of the bed comforter. it was pretty heavy and had a dated embroidered pattern. Pillows were pretty soft and thin.

The room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bedding smelled good. The climate control was effective. It was nice to use a hair dryer that wasn’t attached to a wall!

The breakfast was very disappointing. I had hoped to grab some yogurt and fruit. There was one green banana and no yogurt. The items in the hot trays (omelette, sausage rounds, potatoes) were very unappetizing. If you weren’t wanting a high carb breakfast, the choices were very limited.

Pool and hot tub were nice. It was clean and big.

The Bookings has a picture making it look like your suite is a separate bedroom from the living room. And that's what I was trying to order since I have a 7 year old and an infant I like to separate them so that 1 or the other doesn't wake each other up. Well that wasn't the case the room was not like that it was just one room. The guy at the front desk said that a lot of people mistaken it it for 2 rooms and not bookings should take their picture down download post it properly.

Very impressed with how easy it was to book the room online with no hiccups. Check in was very busy due to a rush of guests of least one wedding checking in. Very impressed with how the front desk dealt with it.

The beverages were only available in the lobby in the morning and at check in. We have been spoiled with the Hampton in the United States where a selection of hot beverages were available at all times. We have also been used to sleeping on pillow top mattresses at the other Hamptons. If it had not been for the other Hamptons, there would have not been any comment for what didn’t you like.

We loved the size of our room. It was perfect for our things, including my sons hockey gear that needs to be aired out. Lots of room without any tripping hazards lol Also loved all the space for us to store groceries.

The pull out couch was very very uncomfortable. Every time our daughter rolled it was squeaky and sounded like plastic. Kept the rest of us up. Also a deposit was held on my debit card even after I used my credit card to check in. Now I have to wait 3-5 days to get $250 back. Not cool
