Staff is friendly, the location was perfect for our needs and the food was delicious.

The facility is a bit outdated, it is clear that they are actively working on it though. Sad that the hot tubs are still out of order. A bit pricey for how outdated it is, hopefully the prices do not go up once the renovations are complete.

Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the hours were great from 9:00am to 11:00. We were given an extended checkout until noon. The property location is beautiful and nice and close to home for a little get away. Pool was warm and large. The bed was so comfortable.

It is an old hotel. They have done some fixing up but could use some more updating. I have been going there off and on for many, many years and not much has changed. They are new owners, so hopefully they will continue with upgrades.

Have been to this location in the past when it was The Knights Inn. Was very happy to learn that there would be another hotel on this property. The private beach for resort guests only is beautiful. Very shallow waters and great for little ones. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. The indoor pool was great for a day after the beach. Although the hot tubs weren't working when we were there, hopefully they will be available soon. The restaurant was good. The food could have been a bit better, but, all in all would definitely stay here again.

Restaurant food options could be a bit broader, and better quality.

It's a lovley hidden Gem in the heart of Lagoon City. My sanctuary to relax and enjoy nature and the beautiful lake and atmosphere. Renovations are nice as the place needed updating. Bathrooms still needed to be completed. The restaurant and front lobby are looking fresh and nicely decorated.

No more complimentary breakfast with your stay. We didn't have a working fan in the bathroom so it got a little steamy at times. No USB socket, and no light in the fridge, but otherwise its a nice room and great get away.

Location is the best thing about this hotel. We did have what we needed in the room such as kettle, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Room is spacious. Outside of the hotel is very beautiful.

The bed was not comfortable, we requested firm bed and hotel was pretty vacant, but they didn’t accommodate our request. The hotel is very old, and out of date.

Good location as we attended Mariposa in Orillia.

Had issues with the TV in our room, not sure if it was fixed but I couldn’t figure it out. Was told by one of the night front desk person that I could always jump out of bed and turn it off manually…. Nope, not me..

The resort was clean and the staff was great. pool and sauna were nice but we would have loved to be able to use the hot tubs, both were strapped shut. The food was delicious and karaoke was a blast!

There is a long term guest there that got a bit out of hand while we were there and that interfered with our fun.

the staff was incredible, the view was exceptional, the room was perfect, the restaurant fantastic! i can’t imagine not staying there on our next trip ! the difficult choice is deciding summer or winter! i kind of don’t want to share this space with anyone and make it difficult to get a room when i want one!

Beautiful property right on a private beach. Just lovely. The staff were amazing, especially Fab and Eugene. Loved the use of Kayaks and Tandem bikes!

The hotel is dated and is in the process of Renovating so I’m hopeful for more modern facilities with our next day.
