Homewood Suites by Hilton Toronto-Mississauga

Extremely clean, well maintained property. Comfortable, quiet, and with professional and friendly staff. Stayed in the suite with a hot tub and fireplace, definitely got value for our money. Location is good, lots of restaurants nearby. Good hot breakfast. Appreciate having free wifi & parking. Will stay again. 100% recommend. Special thanks to Lisa (the maid) who took care of our room. She was thorough, professional and courteous. Had to compliment her on her skills & making us feel at home.

We liked that there was a pool and a gym/fitness room available, the pool was relatively warm, there was a cold shower there and washroom available. Since we had a car we greatly appreciated the free parking, and the fact that we could bring breakfast meals to the room and pack lunches/eat there was very nice (breakfast is on rotation too! Not the same every day). It's also nice that the kitchen had a dishwasher. Loved that there was an AC in the room. The sofa-bed was more comfortable than expected.

I kinda missed cheese during breakfast, but that's mostly a habit thing. Although we had a dishwasher, it would've been nice with a sponge to do some of the dishes manually (pans/saucepans). I'd also appreciate a kettle, but warming up water in the microwave worked just as well. I'd also appreciate being able to open the windows.

A wonderful stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton. It was clean and the room was everything I expected. I would definitely go back. The room was very comfortable, quiet, great water pressure, plenty of towels and pillows. The room was well maintained. The breakfast was well put together catering to all needs. Hot food, cold, fruit, waffles, and eggs etc. If I had to add an suggestion, perhaps offer a dairy alternative. And, with Covid still looming among us, perhaps cleaning the breakfast areas on a more diligent basis would be my only suggestion. Overall, a great place, friendly staff and centrally located to all highways.

Great location, good value for money, loved the little kitchen and wonderful breakfast area that we all could sit together in with very accommodating staff who made it very special for the whole holiday

Breakfast choices were a little sparse - I would have liked. a wider choice of food. The omelettes in particular had meat in them and as we are Muslim, we could not eat them at all. That greatly limited our choices for a "full breakfast"

We had a king suite with separate bedroom so that was great and 2 TV's was great for kids to watch what they wanted and my wife and I what we wanted. The kitchen with large fridge was great and saved us a lot of money eating out!

The breakfast was terrible - prison food! LOL! But seriously, everything on my plate each day was terrible. I stopped going after the 3rd day and we were there for a week. I really want to stay there again because of the room and pool, but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do something about the food!! Also, when we requested something for the room like towels, it took quite awhile and when we put trash and recycle outside the door it would take hours for someone to get it.

i don't think you spend enough time CLEANING in the rooms. not just changeover service, actual cleaning. examples, kitchen floors were sticky, cutlery not clean. also, stayed on 6th floor/ top floor / there is something on the roof that makes noise 24/7, as noisy as an idling truck.

MY only problem is with this website app they charge my credit twice. so I was limited to nothing on my card for over a week when need my card for other bookings.

Very clean hotel and our suite was immaculate. Breakfast had a ton of variety and choices. Pool very clean. Lots of amenities including daily housekeeping services. Staff was incredible .

Good breakfast, many options. Great staff, very friendly and efficient. Good location, easy access to highway and close to restaurants and shopping.

Beds could be better quality. A little dated but lots of amenities to make the stay comfortable.

the carpet in the hallways are awful. they smell so bad, definitely needs a thorough clean. overall the rooms are outdated.
