Quality Inn & Suites Toronto West 401-Dixie

it’s 7:30 am and every 20-30 minutes are the housekeeper knocking your room asking you if you are going to stay or you are going to leaves, I was so busy with my work and in different important work meetings and somebody knocking the door all the time just to repeat the same question is always super bothered, and if you don’t answer they open the door anyways, always happens like that, so never think about sleep after 7:30 am there.

Breakfast was good except the room does not include bottle of water.

The front desk staff was not very specific about the instructions when we availed of the airport transfers to the hotel. We end up waiting for 2 hours. He did not mention that the van who will pick us up at the airport does not bear the name of Quality Inn & Suites -Dixie. The van Also caters to 2 other hotels. The front desk staff could have told us that this is the exact van who will pick us up.

Good location if you prefer to be within 10 minutes of Pearson airport. A few restaurants about a 2 minute drive away or 10-15 minute walk. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was standard, eggs, sausage, muffins, juices, toast.

Garbage trucks at 7:00 am picking up the large bins, were somewhat annoying, but that only lasted about 4-5 minutes, and I was already awake, this likely isn't a daily occurence.

While located quite far from Toronto, this hotel met our expectations as other options within the city limits were too expensive. The hotel is ok, large hall and quite a big room, breakfast ok (nothing special as in other hotels we stayed in during our US/Canada tour), complimentary coffeee/tea service downstairs.

Staff and service was what I liked the most. Front desk and cleaning staff were extremely helpful and gave good vibes.

The only thing I can think of is my sliding door that required both hands and a foot to open and close. Also the cable kept the television picture glitching in and out.

It was midnight when I arrived there. I was exhausted from the unusual immigration operation by Covid-19 and lost baggage, but the reception staff welcomed me with a kind heart and gave me peace of mind. The room was clean, nice, and quiet. I had to go to the airport many times due to lost baggage, so it was helpful to have a close location. The free breakfast was generous and helpful. The choice to stay there was right.

When checking out the staff was good and polite, the shuttle staff very good. But the staff I found on checking in was not friendly, he looked like he dealing with a criminal instead of a guest. Lied about pyt options

Room was clean with a big window to enjoy the roadside view and sunlight. About 15 minute drive to the airport and the hotel also offers airport shuttle for $7 a person. WIFI was good.

Breakfast menu was boring as it had the same menu everyday. Would be good if there is a restaurant onsite as I had to bring my own food and water when I arrived at the hotel late night. Bottled water is priced higher ($2.25 for 500ml).

All okay, but breakfast could be better if omelette and boiled eggs are added

I booked for airport shuttle that never showed up, I was almost late for my flight and was made to pay CAD300 as I missed checking in my suitcase ms with a friend!! I expect a full compensation from Quality Inn

All staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff were so helpful and other guests were friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was so-so; eggs and sausage patties with lots of other cereals and muffins. I would have liked an additional blanket in the room but otherwise room was clean and in good condition.
