Check in was smooth and fast. Staff were polite and friendly.

I was checked into a handicapped room. I must have chosen it through Booking.com by mistake. I was told that the hotel was booked for the night so the girl at the front desk said she couldn't move me. Yet when I was checking in there were two men that walked in off the street and they were given a room? I have issues for two reasons. One, I don't like taking an accessible room from someone that may need it and two the foyer of tiles in the room smelled badly of dirty mop bucket water. I was unimpressed to say the least.

Both the room and public areas were kept really clean. The breakfast was well stocked and the staff immediately responded if you requested anything. There was also pre-packed to-go breakfast for those who could not stay for the hot breakfast. The neighbourhood was safe and clean.

No front office staff could be seen in the evening (and no sign to say what time they'd be back). The location is not ideal for tourists as it's a bit of a distance from the sights, especially with the construction on Hwy 417.

If you are departing early it is a perfect location.

You should be aware of the hotel policy which to me is absolutely unacceptable! You are obliged to pay deposit, which I generally don't mind. But 250 dollars is pretty much. What's more - it is not returned shortly after your check out. The room is cleaned shortly after the guest leaves it, so I guess it is obvious whether the room is damaged or not. We waited 14 days for money transfer! However the hotel claims it has 30 days for it...

The pool was warm and there was lots of places to sit The first day had great waffles and great breakfast The house keeping knocked on our door to see if we wanted any services which was not necessary, but nice that they checked and asked Bed was comfy

I wish there was a hot tub I wish there was real maple syrup for your waffles On the second day, the cinnamon waffles, were not cinnamon. They were slightly red and did not have a cinnamon taste. The orange juice was severely watered down

Service was excellent by all staff! Food was great including the coffee:) my son made use of the exercise room. Bathroom was stocked and I was pleasantly surprised to see bottled shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. On my last stay this was not available.

Letting guests know that use if conference room will be at an additional charge, I needed the room for business and it was not available; in addition I found out only after that there was a fee associated. This doesn’t impact how i feel about my experience about my stay. I would like to have known before hand

The location is excellent, the rolls are very clean , the pool is perfect for young families.

All the staff was super friendly , except for the first employee that greeted us. He looked like he was in a hurry to serve us and wasn’t the friendliest. Also the Hampton is known for having a delicious breakfast. Not this time . The scrambled eggs were too watery and the ham was hard like rubber.

asked for rooms together but originally had us on separate floors but put across the hall from each other the breakfast was great with a good selection of various choices the elevators always came quickly

the carpet in the bedroom could have been cleaner - it felt sticky in one corner the pillows are a little on small side compared to what we like there could be a little more room in breakfast area - at times it was very crowded

good breakfast, clean nice rooms, good amenities. close to airport and main road for all other needs.

Don’t like this new concept of no cleaning during your stay. but I get it. asked for a bathroom refresh at 7am before I went out. Back at 4 not done yet - called again - just dropped off bath towels. Front desk staff scarce - especially during checkout times. All seem to be in back room.

The cleanliness, quick check in and breakfast options

The room h/vac was loud. Kept me up. I also specifically requested not to have a room near the elevator and ours was right by it so that sucked. I knew the hotel was busy so l didn’t ask to be moved. It didn’t make for a good nights sleep 😕

1. 4 pillows per queen bed, but all too soft, would have liked a choice of different pillows, rather than 4 of the same. 2. coffee in lobby not hot; hot water in bathroom sink not hot; hot water in breakfast room not hot enough for tea, scrambled eggs not hot; hot water in lobby tastes like coffee 3. called to ask for slippers, told they would double-check, waited all night, but never heard from them again
