The hotel is located at a convenient location with large free parking and right across from there is a fast-food restaurant that serves really nice meals. The room was big enough; the bed was comfortable and it was clean. Even though it was right by the boulevard, the room was quiet.

We had a lot of luggage and the room was on the second floor with three steep staircases with no elevator. When I asked for a room on the first floor, I was told I had to pay extra 50 dollars. Two days later we returned to the same hotel for two extra nights and I asked to pay the extra but I was told by the receptionist that she will give me the same room on the first floor for no extra charge. I guess someone was rather incompetent the first day. We had a problem with the internet as it was not secure so we could not use it. As we came back again it was secure for about an hour and then it was hacked again.

It is sad that you don't serve breakfast because of COVID measures, if I was still afraid of COVID I would have stayed home. COVID is mostly in the past, we have to move on.

I had a concert at Budweiser Stage September 24 and all the hotels in and around Toronto were ridiculous prices. We arrived about half an hour before check in and the front desk agent was able to get us a room that was just cleaned. We had a room with two queen beds and soon as we opened the door it all we could smell was CLEAN! The window is small but I'm not there to look out the window. We were about halfway down the building so noise from the expressway was not an issue. There was a bar fridge and a microwave which came in handy (the bar fridge for us). The bathroom was updated and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfy and we slept well. I went down to the lobby to get some water from the dispenser, which was turned off as it's normally only on until 11AM for the juice options. The front desk agent turned it on so I could get some water. PROS: Great price, comfy beds/pillows, great location, friendly staff. Tim Horton's next door! Overall, this is a great, affordable option for a trip to Toronto. Right off the expressway & very close to shopping. A no frills place to stay that won't break the bank!

Only saw one ice machine on the first floor by lobby. No shower chair for disabled people to use in the shower. They ask for a $200 hold on your CC upon check in which I think is excessive.

This was one of the best deal for the price. Room was small but had a very nice setup with very comfortable bed and convenient table to work. This was ideal for me personally. Everything was clean, quiet and modern. I slept like a baby which doesn't happen often.

One minor thing when compared to comfortable stay. Occasionally hear trucks driving close by. Probably some storage facility nearby, not sure. Noise is quite low so you can barely hear them. I'm a light sleeper and it woke me up in the morning before alarm, but it was close to the wake up time anyway.

The bathroom was perfect for an end of the day bath, it felt so much more spacious just because of the shower curtain rod used. Definitely an older building, but all plugs were working and TV had tons of channels which is all we care about in the end 🤣 I was a bit concerned about staying there on New Year's Eve, especially with an upper room, but I didn't hear anything from the other units which was fantastic.

Building is older so I feel like it could use a proper deep clean, but it was still clean and ready for my stay. No concerns with the bedding, don't worry! This is just being picky about an older building needing some revitalization - more along the lines of replacing the hallway, carpet and flooring to get rid of the loud squeaking, etc. But I wouldn't be opposed to them adding a mirror inside the room (not just the one in the bathroom) since there was plenty of room on the wall!

I really liked the location, proximity to Sherway Gardens mall and downtown. Also, the rooms were squeaky clean with timely room service. There's a Tim Hortons just outside . I'm definitely going to recommend the place to my family and friends visiting me in Toronto!

Free breakfast was slightly misleading, as that referred to the coffee machine and juice dispenser at the reception. Also, for light sleepers the highway sounds could be a problem if you're in a room close to the road..but in my opinion, it wasn't that bad. There was a problem with my sink, but it was fixed as soon as possible. There is no lift in the building, but it was technically just one floor up so I could manage.

Lovely cozy hotel just 10 minutes drive from de Pearson Airport. Comfortable room, super clean and very helpful staff. Close to a big mall shopping where you can get all kind of shops and restaurants. Good value quality-price ;)

No very close to city centre I have to rely on taxis or public transport. Hotel have a good public transport connection though :)

Used it for a one night stopover in Toronto flying out. The property is a bit dated. The rooms are decently sized and clean, but the carpets are a bit old and dirty, and the toilets could do with a bit of better cleaning. Overall decent value for money for a short stay. The beds are clean and comfy, and the location is close to bus stops/not too far from the airport. The staff was very helpful and accommodative. There is a Tim Hortons right across. They have free juice and coffee/tea in the reception. There is nice hot water in the showers. Overall satisfied, but the facilities could do with a bit of an update.

As above, slightly old and dated. Carpets in the room could do with a refresh. As could the overall feel of the paint etc., which feels a bit old. Excellent for a short stopover, and the facilities are as described.

Wanted an overnight stay for a reasonable price and got it at this hotel. Convenient location, room was perfect for the price point, modern and clean with the usual facilities (fridge, microwave, iron, hairdryer etc)....the tv even had the Jays game on Sportsnet! The AC unit was quiet too which isn't always the case. The night passed peacefully with no disturbances even though the hotel seemed full to their Covid limits and is situated alongside the QEW. Staff were helpful when needed. I will look to stay here again when required.

Was initially disconcerted by the requirement for a $200 damage subsidy to be added to my credit card when checking in. This might be standard practice with hotels? I was assured that this would be reimbursed in 5 days or so if no damage was discovered, however by the time the transaction was processed 2 days later the $200 didn't appear to have been taken and hasn't appeared on my statement since so its no real issue

It was so clean and tidy. Room had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. for the price point you can’t ask for more. In addition to that they provided free coffee for 24hrs and free fruit juice from 6AM to 10AM every day. Also, they cleaned the rooms every day, changed towels and all.

nothing to mention, but just to point out, the cups they provided to get coffee from coffee machine was so small, we always had to use our own cups to get coffee. other than that they only switched ON the free fruit juice machine until 10AM in the morning, it would have been great if they could keep it open for the whole day just as the coffee machine.
