Was clean and comfortable

I booked on booking.com and total was 147.47. But at the hotel I was charged 169.00. They said they had to change it from website to there hotel. Never had this happen . So very disappointed

The room and the bed was absolutely amazing and comfortable.

Most hotels I have ever stayed usually would offer complimentary tea or coffee in the lobby especially if you arrive late and the restaurant is closed. I also requested a wake up call for 430 AM since I had to take the shuttle at 5:15AM, but I never got that wake up call, so when I checked out at the desk I mentioned to the gentleman I didn't get my wake up call he said it wasn't until 730AM. MY question is if the gentleman put me down for the shuttle at 5:15 then why would I have a wake up for 730 AM? It would of been a disaster if I wouldn't of set my phone for 4:30 AM.

We had the continental breakfast…there was a good selection of breakfast items to choose from, including some hot items. The coffee was very good. The seating area was modern and clean.

The orange juice tasted watered down. The price of the continental breakfast was expensive at $19.99 and I think it should have been included in our stay. Also…the room was nice with comfortable beds, but the linens were very slippery. The bedding kept sliding off our beds.

Free shuttle from Trudeau airport, located relatively close to the airport, restaurant and bar on-site, server in the restaurant was a delight.

Not cheap, but reasonable value considering the free 24-hour airport shuttle and on-site amenities (e.g., bar and restaurant); we just made it under the wire to catch a meal before the bar/restaurant closed at 10:00 pm - it would be better if they could stay open for another hour or two.

I like the place, it is nice and clean.

They did not give breakfast and I had to pay for parking which was not supposed to be. And we faced discrimination because they assumed that our room was making noise which was not true. The front had to come twice upstairs to our room to reprimand us. We were not happy about that.

The staff was excellent and seemed like a unified family. Paul was the manager and took the time to get me a cup of coffee instead of paying an exorbitant price for a middling breakfast. I wish they included it - or something in the price - because those of us in the family who had the breakfast were not at all impressed - and it was dramatically overpriced for what was provided. The shuttle bus team was superb and the shuttle bus was willing and able to meet our family at 2am which was impressive beyond measure. They also helped our large family get to the train station which was very much appreciated. They have a great staff. Thanks Paul and thanks to all of your team!

24 hour shuttle service!!! restaurant for a night cap was wonderful! My server Nathalie was fantastic! Very welcoming and friendly 💗 Breakfast next morning was one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had!! Such great service from all employees - and unexpected surprise with 5 star food and service!

Still very pricey post COVID, hope prices return to normal 🤞🤞

very clean, bed and linens perfect and perfect pillows!! Staff were very friendly from the shuttle driver, check in clerk and bartender/waitress. I was a few minutes late for my shuttle, driver was still waiting!! (3 minutes late)

A bit pricey for me considering just one night airport stay, and no time to try the complimentary breakfast

We asked for a wake up call at 2:15 am. We did not get it. Luckily one of us woke up at 2:45 am. We tried calling the front desk and the phone were not working when we got downstairs they call the shuttle for us. No apologies.

From the location, to the cleanliness, to the rooms, to the staff, everything was on point. Everything was perfect. The staff are so kind, they let me check in about 4 hours early and check out 2 hours late free of charge. They also let me hang out in the waiting area until the shuttle service began for the airport and asked if I needed anything at all. It was an ideal situation. Just book this place. Don't even think about it.
