Jaz Casa Del Mar Beach

We enjoyed our stay a lot, this trip has been excellent, the staff have been so helpful & friendly, • Food was perfect every day in terms of variety and tastes (a big special thanks to waiter "Abrahim" he was super kind and professional). Bar Uno 100% go for the Ice Coffe prepared by Mustafa, exquisite! • Beach & pools areas are amazing 100%, also the location is great and near to a lot of activities (specilly for us that we are divers, we hired the services of the diving center that is on the hotel premises, which was extraordinary and professional) • The Hotel/Rooms are modern and clean, we would definitely come back! ♥ ♥ ♥

It was just a bad moment... I didn't like that a man from Mivida Spa pushed so much to get me an appointment, even when I told him that I still didn't know if I would have a massage or not (because I had no plans), he still insisted and that he was going to look for us the next day to make the appointment for me and my boyfriend, I took it like a rudeness to which I told him not to push because it is my money and in the end I decide how to spend it.

The food was exceptional especially the breakfast, a very good variety of cheese, very good quality of cold cuts, smoked salmon, and pastries. The location was super awesome, and the service and staff were above my expectations. Fresh juice and fruits and very good pizza snacks. For sure I will come again.

The receptionist asked me to wait 10 mins while checking out in order to check the room, and after waiting such a period, he asked me to wait 10 more mins to keep checking. Is this even acceptable?!! Or because we're local guests and the hotel is afraid of something or expecting something from us?!! I've been to many international hotels chains and waiting while checking out has NEVER been done before.This was really annoying and wasn't expected nor acceptable. It was like my whole stay was such a cake and then that receptionist threw salt out of the blue on that cake.

most incredible vacation I’ve ever have , 12 mints from the airport, great value of money , the room was amazing with a great view on the swimming pool , very clean , very comfort , the bed was Amazing the facilities , the variety , the food was amazing , special thanks for everyone in the main restaurant , all your meals (breakfast, lunch, evening meal and snacks) are included, as well as beverages like soft drinks, tea, coffee, and juices with your stay ,, the beach was amazing ,, from the reception, workers, waiters was very friendly and very helpful , definitely I will come back again , high recommend for those who want to relax and got special comfort vacation ,,

Small area where you can take the food and every time few middle managers staying right there, like they are controlling something or working, but they are just on the way like obstacles.... they should be in the office somewhere... the young chef making eggs in the morning should wash the dishes, bed attitude and he is making eggs on the plate where they prepare meet too, with some metal rings and too much oil, etc Is it hard to have 4 egg pan like everywhere and make them properly?

The staff is extremely helpful, the hotel interior, exterior, landscape, pool and sea is amazing. The food also is very good.

We had problems (which we reported them for like 6 times during our 3 nights stay) in the electricity inside our room and the A.C., though the staff was very helpful and decent but still the problem of the AC was there till the last day of our stay

As someone who was seeking a resort that convey TRANQUILITY, I can say Jaz casa del-mar is the optimal resort in hurghada. Very clean , very professional and heartwarming staff. Chilling , chilling and chilling. - Food is awesome , a lot of varieties of high quality food. Different restaurants specialized in many cuisines. - rooms are spacious, very clean & simple. - pools are neat all the time (heated pools) - Mivida Spa was so relaxing and has a variety of services. ( a must try) - all bars across the resort have amazing alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. - views and landscape are breathtaking. - any inquires or help the staff will be always there for you. - the all inclusive service in jaz casa made my holiday. ( you will enjoy varieties) Thanks for a great five nights vacation will recommend the resort to all my friends .

The hotel is lovely. Everything is very clean and the facilities are very well maintained. The food, especially in the a la carte restaurants, is really amazing. The family rooms are spacious and very convenient. A perfect relaxing beach holiday!! We requested to change our room as we got one with a view of a wall of another hotel. The staff were very helpful and gave us a great ocean view room that made a huge difference.

The a la carte restaurants require men to follow a dress code that doesn't make much sense. No shorts allowed even though it's an open air poolside restaurant in 40⁰C heat. So men are dressed up in long pants and closed shoes but women can be in shorts and flip flops. I would have preferred a spa and salon brochure and some info on the kids club placed in the room rather than the staff coming to us again and again at the pool trying to sell some service.

I will recommend this place to everyone and my family and I will definitely come again Everything was more than excellent, starting from our arrival and the wonderful treatment at the reception, especially Mr. Abdullah, who dealt with us with great professionalism and met all our requests. The room is very clean and cleaned constantly every day The place smells very, very nice I advise you to try their fresh mango juice, because it exceeds all expectations The restaurant needs a separate review because it is truly comprehensive and the taste of all the dishes is very much above excellent and the varieties are very diverse and satisfying for all tastes. And special thanks to Mr. Haitham in the restaurant, when he learned about my father’s birthday, he arranged a beautiful party for him and had a very wonderfully decorated cake. He was very cooperative with us. In addition, they decorated the room for my father and it was extremely beautiful Hisham in the restaurant was also very active and cooperative and fulfilled all our drinks requests as quickly as possible Everything was beautiful and very, very clean. The rooms and swimming pools smelled very nice. Also, the sea was wonderful. We could see the fish, but it was a little rocky. It is best to take shoes designated for the sea. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
