Very professional staff and friendly. Clean place and comfortable stay.

Hotel seemed overbooked that barely we could find any seat on the pool . People tend to go early before breakfast and reserve the seat with their towels and most seats were then left empty just reserved. As we went to the beach early and came back around 2 PM all seats were already reserved and we could not find any available seat at any of the pools for the rest of the day… Also our room was overlooking the souk area which held daily party till almost 11 pm and my kids could not sleep early due to the noise and had to be wake up till almost midnight .

the Aqua not really busy and the hotel was fully occupied, location for people traveling without cars is very good , clean ,it’s easy to reach the sea as the hotel not beach front it’s only less than 1 minutes drive by golf car , they provide reservation with hard all inclusive not like most the all hotels soft all inclusive, I booked a junior family suite with 3 kids I pay extra charge for my third kid instead to book two separate room not connected.

the staff does not have much experience they need extreme training, the hotel have the main restaurant and three or four different restaurants but you must have to book at least 5 nights to use those restaurants, they use reusable plastic cups in the bars I think for safety but the it’s really bad if you compare it between one time use plastic cup . the food in the main restaurant is too much but the taste not good the bathroom in family’s room doesn’t have lock 😀

it’s amazing resort - has a lot of pools - aqua park - variety of food - most of the staff are so friendly - has a Gym, Spa & beauty center - offer free drinks all day. - offer free drinks in the room - you can check in as early as you arrive & check out as late as 12 - they have a lot areas for relaxing

- the worst thing is the flooring around the pool, I am sure 100% they never done a slip test, I can’t believe an engineer decided to put marble and granite around the pool, I was so close to slip like 2 or 3 times and I saw 3 guests who fall very bad - the aqua & the pools are closing early at 5:30 the beach is rough & full of rocks - the safe in the room is high, short people will face issues to put stuff on it - they have a limited number of towels on the pool & in the room. - they limit the WI-FI for the family room (4 persons) to 3 devices only - no USB ports in the room.

I just wanna expressed my deepest thanks and appreciation to everyone on the Staffa especially Mr. Shady (the executive assistant manager) and his team of chefs (Mr.M.Wahdan and Mr. Abelrahim) for their AMAZING HOSPITALITY and understanding of our needs as a couple. I’ve been a loyal guest of Steigenberger chai. all over the world for the last 12 years and I intended to remains after this amazing stay with my hubby. Love steigenberger 🧡

The food. the people. The staff. and the very fact that u can be comfortable knowing that your needs will be met.

all inclusive. great variety of food. good food animation: beach volleyball very nice building

wifi was not working very well. room should be more clean (especially bathroom) the roomwas not very silent, I could hear people next room snoring during the night

we liked food , entertainment and stuff are friendly.

we didn't like some mistakes during checkin as mistake in the room's bed as i have chosen it on booking.com as a king bed the reciptionist reserve a room with two separated beds and i have reached my correct room at 6 PM.

1- Staff are very friendly and professional and would like to thank Anna Messerli from the guest relation desk as she was very helpful, decent, and facilitated my accommodation 2- The pools are nice with beautiful designs 3- The place is very clean everywhere 4- Sky restaurant is a very nice place you should book it for a romantic dinner. 5- Adults pool is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view from the fifth floor 6- Aqua park is so funny and all the staff are very nice 7- The Foam party was fabulous and we enjoyed it a lot ask for its time. 8- Food is very delicious everywhere in every restaurant ...pizza ice cream drinks main dishes all were from high quality materials and very tasty We really enjoyed the food. 9- Beach has some coral and small fish 10- Animation team is nice 11- Rooms are very clean 12- The safety precautions were perfect and are considered everywhere, staff are also taking care of the guest safety and really was happy about that. 13- Although it was almost fully booked we were not impacted and enjoyed our stay.

1- No big green areas or landscape 2- Hotel is for families and is full of kids and of course noise. 3- No big variety in food. 4- Small beach and you need to go 7am to find a place at it.

The aqua was so nice, the location was so good and strategic ; kids club was a very good option for the kids and for parents as well to have a break

The food was almost the same everyday, food quality was average

it offers everything you need to have a great vacation. except that some staff really need a good training.

Some or many of staff are not friendly and some were tough.
